Sure it is no purchase necessary...but if u want to be reimbursed for an m5 or m6 you have to pre-purchase the driver. The people sending in # vouchers will be eligible for prizes probably including a few drivers, but TM will not be sending drivers to everone who sent in a voucher on time.

> Nothing to interpret. Rory wins, send in form by deadline, get new driver. But I bet it does take the full 60 days, and people in here will start carping after 10 days. Check out the thread from when TM was sending free TP5/TP5x a few months back. "Free" doesn't always mean "fast." But the balls did arrive.

And also complain that they can only get a Kuro Kage shaft because even if free alot of people can sure complain

Clerk is probably just going by what the Golf Galaxy / Dick’s flyer says:

Exactly and people have their pitchforks out making fun of clerks who make 12 an hour

I wouldn't say I was making fun of them, but for what they are paid, reading comprehension should be required. Maybe the employees should spend less time on their own website and more time understanding what they should be selling. Usually the people that are the most offended have the most to be offended about. Funny how that works. The form is posted on page 1. It is pretty clear in large bold letters NO PURCHASE REQUEST FORM. Too many people today trying to make careers out of high school part time jobs.

I'm going to buy an M5 tonight and get the paperwork for the refund. I will return the driver if he doesn't win; I just don't want to wait 60 days to get a driver if he does pull it out. This will also allow me to pick my shaft in store instead of relying on whatever they send. I will ask tonight, but I'm assuming Dick's/GG return policy is at least 30 days on a new unused club. I will have refund on credit card before my next statement If I have to return so won't have to pay anything if he doesn't win. Anyone else approaching it this way?

Not at all uncommon for a customer to be more informed than an employee, especially when we are talking about DSG/GG. They are mostly young kids trying to earn some beer money. Reading the fine print isn't exactly rocket science

And my main argument is that it isn’t even fine print. It is bolded on top of the forms. If Dicks is your permanent career choice, more power to you, but I have no sympathy for someone who can’t read.
