I don’t understand why other manufacturers just don’t copy this and make a retail version. So many ugly retail putters out there in the stores these days. Love the simplicity of these

Imagine if they tested the waters and offered pre-orders. Then imagine if they followed Toulon and made and easy to use custom shop option that wasn't crazy expensive for these to the public. They would sell crazy amounts of them I would think. It seems like Titleist is sliver of what they use to be and really only still dominate the wedge market, maybe ball? Why not make a big splash and bring back the solid milled putter to the public.

I humbly disagree with you. I’m 98% positive these will be the mold for the new select line. He makes the CT versions of the current select line that “retail” at $2500. Virtually the same putter. Not all of these are GSS, I believe only one of them is. The last Newport 2 is a “SSS Prototype”, so are the rest except the first one. There is one that just says “For Tour Use Only” which could be either SSS or GSS. There will probably be some form of sole engraving added to the retail and most likely the tour versions as well as the line progresses. These are not one off putters, they scream mass producible.

I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised these will be coming in the fall or spring.

If they do come up as a retail option, Cameron is back in business. What I mean by that, stopping the gimmicks and going back to basics with a little touch of modern.

Absolutely beautiful. Interesting engraving on the top above the cavity on these. But you don’t see that at address.

I agree the Cameron even has the engraving above the cavity on the back like the stainless Ping Anser 2. I hope they make it to retail in a very similar clean look. Here’s hoping for the best.

To many they will look the same but there are subtitle differences that make a world of difference to others. Over the years there have been differences in offset, neck placement, top lines, the sole, shoulders, bumpers, hosel cups, high toes, and a bunch of others.

Will never see a clean soled full milled putter like this on the rack. Too much money to be had selling tour only versions which Cameron keeps the profits from. May get the shape, but likely with the aluminum insert to cut cost.

A "world of difference" ? LOL

Certainly enough "subtle" differences to keep their customers buying the latest and greatest version of the "same" putter year after year.

THAT is Scotty's greatest accomplishment.

Yet the Phantom X line that are on Tour are the same as retail without the Tour engraving. Even the current retail Select line is identical as Tour except the Tour gets GSS and aluminium face insert options on top of Tour engraving. For $2K less, keep your CT engraving on the head and sole weights!
