At just around the 12 minute mark tiger is talking irons and pulls out a bag of tees/valuables.. With the Block O on it and Ohio State.

 

Have to assume if the taylormade guys brought the bag it would just say taylormade on it.

My wife saw that too. She’s an OSU alum so she thought it was kind of cool. I don’t know what affiliation Tiger has with Ohio State though. That and the Monster logo were the only non-TM aspects of that otherwise hour-long TM infomercial.

I have to assume there's an explanation that doesn't involve him being a fan but interesting to see.

 

Taylormade has been pretty good with Nike and not shying away from their logos either with all of those athletes.

Tiger lost the NCAA championship when he was at Stanford in 1995 and the finals were played at OSU. I believe it was his last college tournament ever. Perhaps it is a souvenir from his college days? There is a fantastic book written on the team called "The Last Putt". Well worth the read and once of the best golf books I've read.
