Soooooooooo......

Is anyone else’s insert not flush with the rest of the machined face? Enough to catch a finger nail on? When I look down at address I can see the milled edge reflecting back up to me with normal ceiling fan lighting let alone sunlight.

I walked into my clubs pro shop this morning and there were two there? a fastback and NP1. Wasn’t really looking for one but I picked them up

Sold my cover on eBay for $125. Terrible cover with no support.

Zero T22’s left unspoken for, which I expected. I’m happy with the NP though. And I don’t mind the head cover as much as I thought I would. Zero QC issues with mine and I’m excited to get this thing on a course and give it a go.

Notice the same thing with mine. Definitely not like the original teryliums which were completely flush/smooth. Wasn't sure if this was supposed to be the case, or another example of poor quality control.

Just came back to work from a couple of days off and noticed a package from World Wide Golf waiting for me. Lo and behold they came through big time. They delivered my initially cancelled order on Friday the release date! I ordered a 34" Newport 2. WWG has my business for life, insanely good customer service to deliver on a cancelled order and deliver the putter two weeks earlier than I was expecting.

They are extremely nice and took care of my cancelled one as well! If I need anything online I will look at them as well!

Hmm....wonder what's changed.... Let's see, 22 years ago during the first release a man by the name of Robert Bettinardi did most of the work....22 years later, he did not. Just a wild guess.

Ahhhh, much better with the red paint fill taken out of my copper weights. Now just have to wait for the patina to catch up and fill in the white paint fills with black.

Mine will absolutely be gamed. I have been wanting a flow neck FB for some time, this was actually the cheapest option. I 've had a FB california head for some time now and plan to send it to get a flow neck welded on and refinished in something darker. If the T22 checks all the boxes I may not have to do that (who am I kidding, I likely will anyway)

That looks absolutely magnificent!! I’ve been waiting for them to make these an option via the Custom Shop, I plan on blacking out the white font on the sole and adding black/copper weights as well. Nicely done man!!

My FB is due tomorrow. I assume any blade cover will fit, as I used blade covers on my GOLO 3.

Blade cover will work just a little tight. I use blade covers on my Fastbacks

Yup

my order has showed in process since I ordered in pre release too.

Called for an update, and supposedly a "specialist" is going to contact me in the next few days. Dunno if anyone who pre ordered from GG actually got theirs, or whether this is a case of overselling and no longer having any left. Seems weird as it sounds like quite a few made it to the stores day of release. Well, hope I hear good news soon about it.

Your gripes should be with the retailer you ordered from, not Titleist/Cameron.

How so? Some people were able to walk into a retailer and buy one in person on Friday. This is not a general release like buying a new driver. Not everyone will be able to buy one. The ones that were able to do so reached out to their sources and asked to be put on a list or prepaid for one.

Still waiting on mine to come in at my local. Had it reserved since the announcement. Still don't know whether I'll end up with NP and NP2. He's getting both and I'll take the one I like the looks of best. I'm generally a Newport Guy but we'll see I guess. Hoping they came in today.
