“Non-boardy” x stiff driver shaft

I bought an Elements gold because of this but it was boardier than my KK 60x even though it's 3.8 torque.

 

What do you guys think of the Fuji Pro 63x?

Wow, really? Hmm. I thought for sure the higher torque would have curbed that rebar feel. I personally don't meddle with X stiff shafts, however if I were, I would look at higher torques. Your findings throw a wrench in my theories.

People might not agree but the HZRDUS Smoke Green 6.5 60g is one of the smoothest I have ever swung. Reminds me of the old tour kuro Kage dual core 60TX.

 

It isn't anywhere near the stiffness that has been claimed.

Funny I was just going to say the kuro kage dual core xt 60tx. Just bought one and man it’s surprisingly smooth and low spin. Played almost everything and this is the nicest feeling yet. Coming from tensei pro orange and white in 70tx

I'm going to add Aldila X-Torsion Copper 70x into the mix here. I'm at 98-102 mph most days, and can handle this shaft just fine. It's real smooth, feels just a touch stiffer and more stable than the Aldila X-Torsion Copper 60s and Tour Blue 65s.

I really like the updated aldila green nv 65x in my driver. "full" feeling without it being a board. Some may not like because it's not exotic enough sounding or expensive, but who cares. It does what it's supposed to. The X is a much different shaft than their S imo, which is too noodly. I think S is targeted at the OEM market so it's really somewhere between an R/S, but going to the X they drop 0.6 of torque, which is a lot. Good thing about it being inexpensive it's easy to give it a try. Here's a link to the description and specs:
