Current Irons: Callaway X14 Pro Series

Favorite Feature of the New P790 irons: It's a players iron from the modern era. My current irons are targeted towards the better player demographic but they are almost 20 years old. I am interested in the differences the newer technology make.

If selected, do you agree to participate in a review thread? We would ask you provide hi-res, quality photos, and provide a review of the clubs? That's a big 10-4.

Handicap: 6.1

Current Irons: Mizuno JPX 825

Favorite Feature of the New P790 irons: I have been eyeing the P790 irons for 2 years now. I love idea of an iron that looks like a blade but still provide the forgiveness and distance game improvement irons offer. The speed foam is feature that appears to make this possible. I have never hit these irons yet but have been itching to would love a chance to see if it lives up to the hype.

City and State (US Only): Peoria, IL

Handicap: 7.6

Current Irons: Mizuno MP-18 MMC

Favorite Feature of the New P790 irons: In all honesty, visually they seem to have "slimmed" the look while also giving it a few nice edges. In the past when I looked at the 790's I felt like they softened the edges and it kind of made them look chunky. When you combine that with improving upon already awesome tech (speedfoam, tungsten weighting, ICT) in a nice forged package and it makes my mouth water.

If selected, do you agree to participate in a review thread? We would ask you provide hi-res, quality photos, and provide a review of the clubs? Absolutely!

Argyle, TX

Handicap: 13

Current Irons: 1st Gen PXG 0311xf

Favorite Feature of the New P790 irons: I like the look on the top down of them. Seems thinner. I didn't get to test these when I first got my irons but everyone seems to rave about them. The distance from something like the speed foam would be interesting to test alongside my PXG's on my launch monitor.

Yes would definitely review. Have a professional camera as well as a launch monitor and hitting setup inside my garage to compare and contrast my current set to the p790s

Handicap: 2

Current Irons: Titleist AP2 714

Favorite Feature of the New P790 irons: Def prefer the slimmer look. Would like to try and iron with more forgiveness than my AP2 without the bulky look associated with such a club. Been eyeing potentially getting a new set of irons. This one caught my eye when they were announced.

If selected, do you agree to participate in a review thread? We would ask you provide hi-res, quality photos, and provide a review of the clubs? YES! Thanks!
