City and State (US Only): McLean, VA

Handicap: +.4

Current Irons: Ping i500

Favorite Feature of the New P790 irons: Less offset in the low irons and the short irons seem smaller. Both make for a better looking golf club. I've already made the switch to hollow construction. It's all about the looks since I know the performance is better than traditional.

If selected, do you agree to participate in a review thread? We would ask you provide hi-res, quality photos, and provide a review of the clubs? Yes. Enjoy doing that.

Favorite Feature of the New P790 irons: Definately the speedfoam and a thinner top line. The original P790 were my pick until the CF16's barely edged them out. Loved the feel of the originals!

Please put any questions or comments here.

This week, the PGA Tour is at TPC San Antonio on the Oaks Course for the Valero Texas Open. GolfWRX was on-site Tuesday to catch a glimpse into the bags of some of the world’s top golfers.

The field of 144 is getting ready to battle starting Thursday for the $7.7 million purse, with $1.386 million going to the winner. The tournament is also the last event where players can qualify for The Masters, just like Canadian Corey Conners did last year.
