Oh my, Yealimi. Little worried, this might be too much for 18majors, remember to breathe man! :)

I'm kind of pulling for Hannah though. That would help save her from the danger of being a one-hit-wonder with the major win.

About Muni, I think I'm more mad at things like Instagram existing than at her for being on it. It's just going to be the normal state for people now.

Wish we could see a little of MJ again.

I'm not sure who to cheer for, it would be great for either. Hannah is still relatively young (2nd full season) and could have more chances / win again in the future. But she's definitely not a mega-hyped player and grabbing two wins in a season with 1 being a major is pretty special. Yealimi's situation is a bit unique too with the Monday qualifier and trying to avoid Q-School. One would think she'll have more chances regardless (never know for sure) but the chance to win in the future under these circumstances is unlikely (limited to two more tries this year).

I guess the overnight lead is 3 shoots. Interesting to hear what people think the odds are on Yealimi closing it out.

-200 which if you don't speak gambling lingo you have bet 200 to win 100, terrible odds if you were so inclined to bet her but the sportsbook think she's the winner. And while you had me looking I put 25 on Brooke at 11-1, not probably gonna hit but great value seeing Yealimi has never been in this position before.

I was guessing the odds for some previous winner (not a superstar like Tiger but someone that has won before) would probably be like 2/3 - 75% chance with a 3 shot lead. But this may be entirely off on what type of lines are posted in situations like this. Up 3, I'd think there's a better than 50/50 shot she wins tomorrow but I probably wouldn't bet on it at even money just because I think it's a bit of a volatile situation.

I like picking a player after round 3, all these odds are done by algorithm based on numbers and we know closing out a golf tournament can be very tough. Watching like we do we have a good idea if the leader will fall or not. I'm looking forward to see how Yealimi handles it tomorrow.

New super came from Washington and before that from Vail, CO. He’s done a fantastic job in his couple months at CECC.

Thinking about it, I'll be cheering for Yealimi. It'd be a lot bigger deal for her to get the win and get right on tour. Which would be great to happen, she's clearly a real talent. And she's going to be under just crazy pressure tomorrow, much more than anyone else. Have to root for her overcoming that. Maybe youth makes her unfazed by it all, Lydia style. Like that last birdie, just a killer finish!

Honestly, I'm real pleased to see Hannah even contending after her big win. Lot better than just vanishing, which seems like it can happen with the surprise major. This is a good sign for her, whatever happens.

Of course now that we know Stooch has the Big Money backing Brooke, all this is probably moot!

Yealimi Noh may not be a big deal in the US; but Korea is treating her like one of their own.

Well, maybe Yealimi isn't completely ignored in the US.

ha ha I think you're safe this week, I believe there is a flow to the universe and all my positive energy going into my favorite female Canadian athlete and it isn't Brooke right now. I think my joy from a female Canadian athlete is gonna come at the US Open next Saturday and sadly for Brooke it's most likely gonna cost her the strangle hold she has on Canadian Female Athlete of the Year. Go Andreescu; win that $3,850,000 next week!

If the course plays tough again, and Brooke plays lights out she may have a chance still. Lots of fairly inexperienced players in the top ten, we've seen them stumble before, and we've seen them hang tough too. Should be a good watch.

Looking to see if Carlota can make a run again on a Sunday, and Brittany A.

Yeah, Tennis is a good racket (pardon the pun) for girls if you have the talent. Brooke and Bianca both have 2 wins on their tours and Bianca has earned a million dollars more and Bianca was injured all summer and it cost her 2 majors. Women in Tennis are lucky though as Tennis allows the males and females to play their major at the same time and place. It allows the gates from the Men help give these huge purses to the women.

If somebody comes from the back I give Brittany A. the advantage, her putter is her strongest asset IMO and the greens (speeds) are the defense for this course.

But Brooke had a below average ballstricking day aand still shot -5, so there is lots of room for improvement, your right this could be a great watch but in the end Yealimi controls her own fate, I think a 69 gets it done.

Are you conceding her the win in those two majors or just saying her injury cost her the opportunity to compete therefore no prize money?

yes the prize money, she did get Rnd 1 money at the French but withdrew before the 2nd round
