That sounds like a great trip. If you get the chance to play in the southern Colorado four corners area, Pinon Hills is worth some driving miles. It isn't Pebble Beach but it is the best bang for the buck I have played. Wonderful course and in super shape the last time I played it.

72 round so far this year at 26 different courses. Probably about two thirds of the rounds have been at my home club. The highlights of the year so far (in no particular order):

* LACC (North)

* Riviera CC

* Wilshire CC

* Hacienda GC

* St. George's G&CC

* Mississaugua G&CC

* Ballyneal GC

* Castle Pines GC

* Colorado GC

* Prairie Dunes CC

* Columbia Edgewater CC

* Pumpkin Ridge (Ghost Creek)

* Chambers Bay

* Marine Drive GC

I probably have one more trip before the end of the year. But even if not, it's been a great year either way.

Wow. Lots of great responses here.

70 for me. On 18 courses. But over 80% at my home course, Durand Eastman a muni in western NY and Robert Trent Jones Sr’s first full design! Almost all rounds were walking so I justify it by calling it exercise.

Just returning to playing regularly after a long hiatus of less than 5 rounds a year. Very fortunate to play this much. And for a while I was getting better already. Then seemed to back track. But, such is golf.

I've played 89 rounds (scores that I could put into my tracking app). I estimate at least another 7-8 rounds that I could not track (scrambles, alternate shot, etc). So about 95-96 rounds.

My breakdown:

- Midvale CC (my home course)

- Kiawah Island: Ocean

- Kiawah Island; Osprey Point

- Victor Hills CC

- Locust Hill CC

- Links at Hiawatha

- Conklin Player's Club

- En-Joie GC

- Whirlpool GC

- Centerpointe GC

- Cobblestone Creek CC

- Shadow Lake Executive

- Durand Eastman

- Irondequoit CC

- Turning Stone - Kaluyhat

- Turning Stone - Shenandoah

- Country Club of Rochester

- Greystone GC

- Stafford CC

So 19 different courses it looks like

Callaway Apex '14 3-iron
Callaway Apex Black '22 irons 5-AW

Just played Midvale for the first time last week. Loved the course. Not scary long or crazy hard but was still a good challenge and lots of options to play each hole. Course was in great shape.

Yeah, it’s sneaky tougher than it looks. Every green is surrounded by bunkers, and during the middle of summer it’s tough to hold approach shots. I agree, I like the options you have. You don’t have to pound driver on every hole.

Found this thread a little late as I was searching for info on a couple courses.

2019's tally is 51 rounds on 42 different courses so far and 15 of those courses were first-timers, as playing new tracks continues to be a focus area. This year's YTD pace is 11 rounds ahead of 2018 and I'm still hoping to get to 60 this year. That'd be a new post-marriage & kids high.

Like some of the other posters here, I'm in Chicagoland and typically have to hustle between March and November-ish (the last round of 2018 was Dec. 19 and the first round of 2019 was March 12).
