Scotty Cameron Fastback putter. Couldn't get used to it.

Scotty Cameron Newport putter. It was a very good fake and also couldn't get used to it.

Srixon Z785 irons. Product of a bad fit. Lie angles way off. Long irons were brutal on mishits. Lasted two weeks.

Ordered the wrong flex on a custom TOUR AD IZ-6 shaft. Write off.

Odyssey Stroke Lab Black #7 putter. Couldn't aim the thing.

Pretty much any non-fitted wood or hybrid shaft. You could honestly spend $400+ on a shaft without trying it and it could be the worst shaft ever for you. I just had a fitting and tried a shaft I wanted to try, honestly couldn't get the ball off the ground with it because it threw my timing off.

I bought a bunch of shafts, only 1 worked out luckily, the rest are write offs or taking hits.

Actually it was buying into the Hype of the TaylorMade Vault. I remember when the spyders that J Day and DJ were playing were release for like $1800 dollars or something like that. I ended up buying one and I actually prefered my monza putter better. The Pure roll insert didnt suit well with me and I was trying to love it for the pure aspect of the two pro gaming it. Luckily it was still sought after and I was able to sell it on Ebay. Here is a twist, the buyer of the putter after having the putter for 10 days files a dispute with Paypal saying the putter condition was not as stated and that it had scratches all over it. He sent me a text message requesting a good portion of his money back or if he can return the putter. I was really upset because I knew for a fact that the condition was correct and that 10 days is a long time to come to this decision. I pretty much let the buyer filing the dispute sorta screw himself because on our text back and forth, he replied that the putter looks great and how he cant wait to try it out. Guess what, I kept the text messages and also had the pictures still saved on my phone. I worked with the ebay team member and forwarded all my pictures as well as the text messages sent from the buyer. Ebay sided with me of course and they returned the funds and told the buyer that you cant return an item 10 days later on buyer remorse since the condition was as stated. The buyer sent me some follow up texts trying to get me to return a portion of the money since he said the value now has gone down on his putter. I said too bad and so long.

I would have to say a higher launching shaft for my driver. A test that lasted 1 range session and 1 round. I didn't get fit for it I just bought the same brand and weight just their highest launching model. Boy was my guess way off lol. Just loft up and don't use a shaft to increase ball flight. You can decrease it a bit using a low launching shaft. But it will spin too much and get a bit outta control trying to use a shaft to increase loft on a driver.
