Received my DF 2.1 today and man does it feel good.  I am not able to roll it outside due to bad weather but on my putting matt it feels great. The video instruction which provides the suggested shaft position in center of stance and a light grip really worked well for me.  It feels like I am cheating.  I can't wait to test it on a real green.

Nice! #19 alignment I see. That’s what I got. Can’t wait for mine.  Probably 2 more weeks.

When did you order yours? Just curious about the wait. I ordered mine 11-30.

I’m just a few days behind you.   I was 12-4. Can’t wait to roll it on the putt out mat in the garage this winter.

so i got mine yesterday and Im switching to this from my armlock witch is kind of a challenge 😊

 

I have always putted with a forward press and I relies that I don’t need that here because of the grip. Im also switching to left hand on the bottom for the reason that I see a nicer roll and less head twisting but that will take some time to get used to 😝

 

In Sweden where I live we can still go out and practice on greens so I think I need to try that the next couple of days. Right now im putting on my mat with the putout

I ordered mine in October.  I got an email from UPS the day after I placed my order with my tracking info. I received my putter 8 days later.

First time out on the course with it and its way different from my armlock 😃. I wasn’t expecting holing every putt but it did perform quite good the biggest issue is finding the right speed and getting the feeling of the putt.

 

But I didn’t pull any putts at all and every single putt was on the line witch is awesome. I think this is going to be a putter that stays for a while 😀

Got my putter the other day but it got mauled by UPS in the crush of Xmas gifts. The box was cut open and the shaft was bent. But Jennifer immediately sent me a return label and Matt called me and got the replacement started. Excellent customer service and hope UPS is kinder to my replacement!

^^^ This... I have not been able to play a round with it yet due to the weather, however, I have been able to roll on my indoor putting mat and an outdoor putting green and everything about this putter feels like it is going to be a keeper.  Need to work on distance control (coming up short), bit puts are on line and even slight mishits (toe or heel) stay on line and get it to the hole.  Two thumbs up from me so far.

UPS is the pits.  They LOST mine after having marked it in their system as "Out For Delivery".  So L.A.B. Golf had to make me another one, and they were REALLY GOOD about turning that around as quick as they could.

I was told my Lab putters that they corrected the Ping sound and improved the sound some people experienced on their putters. If you just got your putter recently do you know if the sound is better? Is it more solid sound ? Do you think it was the shaft or head causing the sound issue? Any feedback on this sound issue would be appreciated.

I've been putting with my B.2 in my basement cause winter where I'm at. I was struggling with it and honestly just not enjoying it but decided to keep trying cause why not it's the off season. I think I figured it out in that hovering the putter makes a world of difference, really lets the tech do what it's meant to do. Now the next thing I have to work on is speed control which is a huge issue for me, I prefer a longer take away and just vary speed but the LAB putters the take away length changes the speed a lot. I guess one thing to work on vs several with this putter now, still undecided if it will stay or not.

Attached are a couple pics of the top of my 2.1 in Nickel, per your request.  This is on a black background, so you should be able to tell that the sight-lines are a dark gray.

I purchased a blem 2.1 from their eBay store like two months ago and I don’t think it sounds or feels bad at all. I’ve always assumed I have one of the newer ones that sound better. Mine says 2.1 Tsquared on it.  I’ll say this for LAB, they are pretty open and forthcoming about their products and if they say they’ve worked on the sound and improved it - I’d take their word for it.

Does anybody have the DF 2.1 in blue? Red and black seem to be popular but the blue seems to receive less love.

 

Going to send in the remote fitting video in January when I get back home from my parents. Still undecided on color (black or blue) and alignment aid (leaning towards #16).

I do like the blue but am afraid of getting tired of it after some time, black is a no-brainer-safety-option lol. I do not like a lot of lines on my putter so #16 seems about right

I believe the blades come with white covers, but have only seen black covers for the DF 2.1 (heretofore anyway).
