I don't think anyone needs to apologize for doing whatever they want to do with their gear. People flip Cameron limited edition stuff all the time...especially those who live close to Carlsbad who can effectively get better access to their stuff. It's just the way things go sometimes. More power to him seeing what the market will bear for a couple of weight kits, or the putter. After the first stock I was offered a putter by another wrx member for his cost plus shipping and fees, which is less than they are selling for on ebay. That was a nice jesture, which I ended up turning down because I wouldn't have the costco return policy in case something was wrong or I didn't like it, and because I figured they would come back in stock soon anyway....which they have. I ordered a putter last night, so we'll see if I like it.

I do wonder if costco is going to have to deal with more returns than they usually do on the putter, and if so what will they do with them.....start a 'kirkland preowned golf' site perhaps????

Honestly, I hope people like the putter. Hell, I hope I LOVE the putter. Anything short of that won’t get it into my bag. But truthfully for $190 plus tax, is the KS1 really that great of a deal? If it is as good as a $500 Special Select then the answer is yes. If not, then this will be a passing fad.

They must have read my post because it was finally picked up by UPS but won't be delivered until the 27th. So much for gaming the putter this weekend when I golf like I was hoping to do.

Like many others... I ordered on Saturday (11 am PT), got an email stating it shipped on Sunday and then watched it sit in "order is being processed" stage for several days. As of 1 pm PT today, it shows it was picked up in Ceres, CA and is estimated to deliver in Portland, Oregon on Saturday vs. the original quoted delivery date of Wednesday (20th). My guess is... it will actually deliver after the holiday next week. On the positive side... at least it is actually in-transit now.

Mine was updated from next week and will now be delivered tomorrow - only a day late from the initial Thursday timeline! My weight kit that arrived today is just sitting here waiting... Looking forward to getting the putter on the course this weekend! Costco has done alright by me on this release...

Just scooped one from the store. There were at least 25 of them there. It looked like the display had hardly been touched.

The putter itself is much lighter than I expected which explains the weight kit. I thought for sure I would want it heavier, but rolling it as is, I can't argue with the results so far.

On a side note, they also had 24 packs of Vice Pro balls for $30. Seems like quite a deal.
