During a block of five commercials.

They then showed four of the same tee shot into a par 3. Then showed ONE fairway shot.

Back to a block of FIVE commercials.

Then - they covered seven putts in a row.

Now back to a block of commercials.

Nope, I dont like golf this much. Embarrassing coverage so far.

The pace of play is glacially slow. It’s like they are trying to show the ladies of the Solheim Cup that when it comes to slow play, the men can be just as good as the women.

It's not really a rules change, though. It's just using a different term to describe the same thing. They better not take "dormie" away from us.

Agree. But we have to dumb everything down. Delicate ears and all. Dormie apparently made someone’s head spin. A real head scratcher that a word so old and useful could even get on some rules committees radar.
