Nike Golf Hard Goods 2020 ? GOLF BAGS comeback?

The yellow/black is new - in the CGL link above for the SLII bag. I can only assume other trim colors will be available and also other color blocks.

 

I have a rep sample SLII bag at home that my wife uses from back in 2017 but the old colorways are nowhere near this one.

The Sport Lite prior to this was 4.25 lbs or so, it's a safe assumption that the new bag is almost identical based on pics so far

I just picked up a used Sport Lite...I can try and get a weight tonight.

Sport Lite comes in at just about 4.5lbs

from the pictures I’ve seen of the Air Hybrid and Air Sport they are the exact same bag as previously so I don’t think the Sport Lite would be any different.

I'm still using my salesman sample cart bag & my VAPOR black/volt edition Air Hybrid Bag. The Air Hybrid bag is my favorite bag Nike ever made. If they would release an all Wolf Grey version, I would be all over it. I may have to pick up the solid black one if they ever make it to stores.

So the Sport Lite won't have the handle at the top of the bag? Really bad design choice IMO.

Yeah, I guess it's easier for me because I still have 3 of the hybrids from before they stopped selling them. ;)

Agreed. However, I had one briefly several years ago and found that I could easily reach into the putter well area and use it almost like a grab handle. I do remember the bag giving the impression of being cheaply made, while the Air Hybrid was much better quality. Still thinking about getting one though, it carried nice with the way the straps curved to the shoulders.

The white Air Hybrid above looks really sweet. Nike has a real knack for making things look so sweet that you get it despite it being poorly designed.....

It's too bad they didn't choose to go with the full base design and instead they have the exposed stand mechanism... Atleast that's what it looks like from the pictures on ebay.

I prefer the exposed design, less tangle with that design. Pick your poison deal.

Agree with @brew4eagle on the putter well. I have had several of the sport lite bags, and have used the same method. I love a stand bag that will stay upright when not using the stand, but don’t think this one is designed that way. However the bag is just to clean looking to pass up on that small detail.

sorry if this is a dumb question but anyone know if the hybrid and sport will have the putter well? its obvious in the pictures that the lite will but not so with the others

the Hybrid has a putter “well” but it wasn’t big enough to put the putter in parallel to the other dividers so it forces you to but the putter in perpendicular to them so it’s more of a putter slot not a well.

It looks like they are using the same layout so if so this is what it will look like.

The Sport has a 6 way top, 1-2-2-1, so top could be used as a dedicated putter well...
