The best way to do the ball on the wall drill to minimize it affecting your setup is if you have a big box or a chair you can wrap exercise bands around then put the ball in the bands to keep in place without you touching it

Been doing that drill off and on for years..at the range you can use a the hand rails of a golf cart to secure the ball

You've got good speed. I asked because it looks like to me you've got the club more in the palm of the left hand instead of the fingers, which would explain the problematic release. I am referring to the video "Before Dan C" on Dec. 10. The angle between the back of your hand and fingers is probably 80 degrees, plus the club looks a lot lower in the hand. Rory Mcilroy's angle is about 45 deg. and holds the club much higher in the hands by all accounts. I would try to grip the club more in the fingers and keep it particularily light to get adjusted. You could quite possibly pick up 10 mph on your drives if you are indeed holding it too much on the hand as opposed to the fingers. Good luck.

Dan has me do the ball on the wall drill and I do it every day. Anyone that says you need someone else to put the ball there probably has never done the drill before because it couldn't be easier and I have never had anyone "help" before. Craxy. It literally is so easy.

Thanks   I thought it is difficult to evaluate wrist conditions and stuff like that?

You can tell wrist conditions by the club at impact (i.e. flipping/shaft lean). You can see wrist conditions on backswing and top of backswing with normal speed. Most of the time poor wrist conditions on the downswing are caused by swing faults earlier in the swing anyways.

I sent in full speed swings, one down the line, one face on for 7I and Driver.

Camera at hand height straight down the hand line at target (a couple of inches outside of toes) for DTL.  Camera at hand height straight at the ball for FO.

He did not have any complaints.

I took an online lesson last year during lock down, the slow motion files you take on your phone get very large in size even when trimmed down, you almost have to use full speed when you upload because of size restrictions. They are able to slow them down on their end or go frame by frame I'm sure and I think it helps seeing the swing in full speed as well.

Just so you guys know. When i take a normal speed video with my tablet or Phone, i cannot slow it down by scrubbing since the motion blur is so dominant that you hardly see the hands. It only works in 240fps.  I just wanted to make sure i do it correctly

As others have said, if you send full speed, pretty sure the instructor can slow down sufficiently on their end.  Also, if you trim slow motion from the very start of your swing and end literally right at the finish of your follow through, should be able to get the file size small enough.

Is it a problem that the clubhead is not visible all the time when Shooting vertical? I saw most guys submit vertical footage

I would record in slow motion and then trim it so you get only the swing. You can send it in slow motion or full speed, but if you record it in slow motion, you'll have all the frames you need. In normal video, there are a low fewer frames so it's possible something could be missed (although the general motion of the swing matters a lot more than just specific frames)

Not exactly sure what you're asking but, ideally, the clubhead would be visible the whole time.  But, if it's visible most of the time, it's not like Dan or other instructors can't tell what position it's almost certainly in at any spot.  And, it's just one video, you can get it on the next one if it's critical.

And, to follow up on that, there are so many things an instructor looks at and clubface position is obviously very important but it's likely there are lots of other things you will be working on as well and if the instructor says he really needs to see your clubface through the entire swing now that you've sorted through other things, then you can make sure to do that on your next video.
