Maybe there is another change coming: Pondering about replacing my Spider Mini with a Spider X putter.

And decision about the driver shaft is still not made...

I will continue to play my AD-DI 7X until Taylormade changes the hosel adapter.

More new additions:

-Rocketballz Tour Spoon w/ Black Tie X, real long term plan is to pull AD-DI 7S from M4 Tour and put adjustable adapter on it. Then continue to recycle shaft like driver for next 5-10 years.

-Rocketballz Tour 4 Wood for courses with bad rough (Torrey South)

Well it's been a very busy off-season for me. Need to tone it down and get serious about playing. Hope these are my last changes for some time.

Bought a g410 LST. Love the g410 plus, but wanted the flatter lie angle. Will keep both. Phenomenal drivers

Purchased a used ts3 3 wood for tee use only. It's a bomber and easily beats the epic flash out of the bag.

Currently testing a f9 5 wood versus the flash 5 wood. Too close to call so far.

Hybrids no change.

I had a set of g410s with Alta graphite. Great clubs but just too light. Traded them for a set of g410 with modus 105. Much more consistent. Also traded some other clubs for 2019 p790 with Project X LZ. So in all I will have 3 sets of irons which is not ideal, but I want a thorough on course evaluation to really see what style of club allows me to score better. Switched between g410 and HMP last year and scores were about the same with both but I felt more confident with the Pings. Need to get this figured out as irons are the weakest spot in my game and constant club swapping doesn't help.

Wedges will not change. Love the stealth glides. Putter is set.

Let me tell you what Wooderson is packin'
Sim Max 12° Speeder NX 6s
Sim2 Max 15°
Ping G410 21°
Ping G425 22°/25°
Ping G430 6-PW AWT Stiff

I will keep my P770's, but my shoulder is healing and I can move to a little stronger shaft again which seems to be helping my consistency.

Recently built me a set of Srixon Z785 with Recoil 110 F4 shafts.

Today I picked up a set of Vokey SM7 wedges while on sale...50 degree black F grind. I just left the garage shafting it with a Recoil 110F4. 54 degree black S grind that I will leave the stock shaft in. 58 degree chrome K grind that I will leave the stock shaft in. I love my Hi Toe 54 and 58 on full shots, but I have struggled with them from sand a bit this year. I am hoping a return to the K grind will help. Of course technique has been the real problem and I hope a little shallower swing will return me to my usual sand expectations.

Whole new bag for me. PXG Gen2 Driver, PXGl Gen2 3wood, PXG Gen2 3hybrid, PXG 0211’s 4 thru gap wedge, 55 degree 0311 wedge, 60 degree 0311 wedge and a Gen2 Bat Attack putter. Also added a new cement/red Sun Mountain C130S and a Bag Boy Quad XL push cart.

Just had my left hip replaced today at age 44. Plan on walking and playing a lot come spring when I’m fully healed.

With the PXG Heroe’s discount it only came out o $2500 with C-Taper LIte shafts in the irons and upgraded grips on all the clubs.

After much pondering of my previous 52/58/64 "traditional" wedge setup (Callaway OG X-Series JAWS) and how inconsistent my short game has been, I've decided to change things up a bit. I've also gotten tired of tearing up golf balls with full shots, even after 9 years.

Going 4-SW with PX LZ 5.5 shafts in 44/49/54* for the wedges matching the iron set (Callaway Epic CF17). Most recently added the matching 54* with the same shaft as the iron set. Hopefully, this seamless transition will help improve consistency to all full swing shots and in-between partial shots.

For around the green finesse shots, Santa brought me a Callaway MD4 Tactical X-grind 58*. That stock 115 gram S200 tour issue shaft offers more progressive weight transition from the iron set than than the previous setup DG S300 wedge shafts. Looking for more consistency in feel shots and better distance control.

My last addition may be adding either an 18* driving iron (perhaps even a 19* super hybrid) or a specialty ~60/62* wedge setup for getting out of bunker/heavy rough. Need to game the current setup more to see where my 14th club addition is needed. Any advice appreciated.

Did a trackman session a couple months ago and then i tracked down a new to me set of JPX 900 forged 5 - PW w/ steel Proj X LZ 6.0 in the optimal lie for me and I adjusted the length. Also found two Ping I20 hybrids, 23* and 17*. Everything else in the bag is the same as last year, although late fall I swapped shafts in my 49*, 53* and 57* Cleveland wedges to steel Proj X LZ 6.5's.

Whole bag essentially. Been only playing once a year with my in father-in-law who is 10 hours away, but got the bug and put Christmas and birthday money to good use. New bag as a Christmas gift, bought new shoes, and a new glove. Found a set of once played AP2 714s, and bought a TM M2 3 wood and a TM 56 wedge new. Leaves me with my driver and putter from my old set, and a club short of 14.

Gonna hold out on adding a club til I can see how the bottom end feels as it is, and hoping to find some folks to keep me playing more regularly.

Now if it'll warm up a little so I can hit the range...

Got fit for JPX Hot Metal Pro's. First irons I've ever been fit for. Can't wait to get them in 2 weeks so I can stare at them until it's no longer winter in Chicago....

Also waiting for the SM8 wedges to come out so I can replace my SM6's.

Nothing in the bag.....hope to keep it that way.

A new bag is, however, in the near future.

Most likely a Ping Pioneer. It fits on my Clic Gear 3.5 better than the Sun Mountain C130 I've had for the past 3 years.
