As annoying as this is, I'm glad they are ironing out these issues before actually releasing anything. It would have been much worse if they had tried proceeding with the release while the website was having all these issues.

You mean like Monday when they tried to a Gallery release that was an utter fail and then stayed completely radio silent through today so far?

Ah, I didn't know about that release. I have never been interested in the Monday releases, so I don't pay attention.

I only pay attention to the Monday Gallery releases for the occasional towel or putting disk (don't care about the shirts; I'm cheap) but this Monday was everything we've been encountering for the past two days but they actually released things with the site in this condition.

My membership ran out in april and I can't renew the CC but they sent me that email Yank. Why even send me the fn email if I can't renew?

they sent out correspondence last month or month before that they extended all memberships til the end of the year.

They only extended those memberships who were set to end after they ran out of membership kits. I think they ran out in may or june, I ended in April.

yeah that's a weird situation. so in essence, they're not letting new members become members. and if yours ended prior to them extending it to everyone and you didn't re-up before - you're SOL also. what a cluster ****.

 

on TCC they showed this. seems mine was also checked NO so i guess that's why i didn't get the email.

Mine was set to Yes but the periodic email and special offers was unchecked. I tried to change the email address that the have set for correspondence but it errors out upon saving.

I do not think these things are of great necessity for everyone. They remind me of the items I keep at home which just a getting covered by the dust somewhere on the shelf. Do you have the same? You get them, but it never comes to using them. I am from https://worldpostalcode.com/united-states/indiana/indianapolis, and honestly, I do not need these things.

Just checking in...has anyone been able to actually log in to the Scotty/Club Cameron website recently? I've been AWOL for a while and checked in here and noticed the "drama'" with the SC/CC website upgrade. Went to login and see what it's all about and I keep getting an "invalid username and/or password" message. Wondering if that what you all are getting or if it's just my account?

You need to reset your password, best way would be to click forgot password. Hopefully they fixed the issues with the link and it sending you an email, if not send them an email.

I don’t think the issue was mentioned in here. I learned about the issue from friends and had to go thru this process. It took the staff a couple days to get back to me but once they did it was resolved quickly

Yeah...it looks like I'm gonna have to contact them...it's been about three hours since I clicked the "forgot my password" link and the "reset" email still has not been sent. I'll wait it out a little while longer then attempt to contact them directly.

Gotta admit, while the recent releases have been underwhelming I was really hoping for something good last week. With it being in San Francisco, I thought a tie-dye set might be on the docket.

It still boggles my mind that someone who charges the insane prices Scotty does (and has no problem finding willing buyers) can't afford a functional website.
