I've had my SL-2 about a month. Minimal usage in NY this January, but have a faulty zipper. Will see how customer service treats me as the zippers teeth pulled out despite the compartment being empt

I'd say go for it..

I have a previous generation of the SL-2 (navy/white/orange), great bag for better weather where you don't need to worry about extra towels or gloves. I love the detail and color scheme, clubs go in and out of the 4 dividers nicely (I play midsize grips). Pretty stiff material all in all. Still haven't fully got mine broken in but looking forward to bringing it back out in better weather.

The SL-2 has always had the dual strip. The first version they ran out of straps and were sending them about 2 months after i got mine. I have an extra blue strap if you need it as i sold mine. Saying that i really like the color combos of the new releases and might have to get another one. I just did not like the big logos on the first version and that is why i sold it.

So after my last post I had someone at Stitch reach out to me to attempt to work out a solution. I was told I'd receive a follow up call at some point in the next 2-3 days. Three weeks later, and I have 0 messages or emails from Stitch, despite two calls to remind them. I absolutely love the bag, but the zipper on the SL-2 has been shot since the third time using the bag. The teeth aren't fully grabbing and Stitch doesn't seem to want to do anything about it. I'm in New York and have only used it a handful of times, so my fear is that the bag will struggle to last the season. What is more concerning is that I'm a fan of the brand, own some clothing and head covers, but customer service seems to be unreliable.

If they fix the zipper issue, I'd recommend the bag to anyone. But if not, if you're thinking of ordering an SL-2, I'd be worried about having a blown out zipper on a bag that is way too expensive to not have proper customer support behind them.
