I found the 8.0 to be perfect for me. I play the sleeve two clicks towards higher to close the face a bit. No issues with launch or spin for my impact characteristics.

Same lofts....SIM has lower launch and lower spin which produces more distance than the M5 (higher launch/more spin). This with lofts of 10.5*...be careful with loft..this is not a M5.

What I like: color scheme, possible option to go back to the 10.5 degree setup I enjoyed in M1, some added stability. Also it seems like the sole design won't make the driver sit closed, which I've observed on the F9.

Not sure/undetermined: head weight- M1, M3 and M5 have always been heavy enough for me to play sub-45 without crazy modification. Hopefully the SIM headweight is not too light.
