Car recommendations for family of 8

Ok, don't say minivan although that makes the most sense.

 

I have 4 kids of my own, but we often have to lug their friends around here and there. My choices are limited to the below list. Never had a large SUV so looking for any insight before we start test driving.

Lincoln Navigator is a hell of a nice vehicle.

My sister has a Honda Pilot 8-seater, little smaller than the ones you list....but it seats 8

Thanks guys. Just saw pics of the 2021 suburban. Huge improvements over its predecessor. Not sure I can wait until June for the release though. That thing can lug around several golf bags too, which is key.

i have two. Wife drives a new stock one. I drive a 100 series overland rig. It’s zombie ready.

Had an old style Suburban years ago, two Yukon’s after - they were all great, IMO, but if I hadn’t been also using them for hunting and fishing trips, I’d have stuck with the Toyota Sienna.

The Suburban was by far the best for hauling bunches of giggling girls around.

As much as I miss those days, I very much enjoyed finally getting a 2 door Jeep Wrangler back in 2015. First weekend after I got it home the backseat came out and been out ever since.

Any of the vehicles mentioned will be great. Just have to get used to parking garage challenges and expensive pump stops.
