Love the concept on the surface, but the multiple colors make it look cheap to me. I’ll withhold judgement until I see them in person (hated the 760’s at first too) but that’s my gut reaction.

The center shaft is JDM only, I think. They are already released there.

Why in the world are the "Ten" putters $50 more expensive than all the other putters?

The time it's going to take for someone to do that would absolutely drive me nuts. Pace of play is already an issue and this only has the ability to make this worse. I wish the PGA and R&A would outlaw alignment aids on golf balls. Get rid of all the silliness of people trying to reset their ball over and over until the line is exactly where they want it. Might have to Tanya Harding the first person I see try it just to send the message.

the triple track is pretty awful...BUT... from my understanding, they've done numerous studies with am's that show the triple track ball and putter combo significantly improves alignment. Retail stores will be equipped with a new laser system to utilize during fitting of these putters that they can attached to your current putter, have you line up a 10 ft putt, and it will show on a chart how many degrees offline you are setup. then, they'll get you setup with the triple track putters and ball and, using the laser again, will show how much alignment improves.

It does kind of amuse me that Odyssey drops one revolutionary alignment system (Versa) at the same time they release a DIFFERENT revolutionary alignment system (Triple Track).

If you painted your Triple Track putter with some Versa vertical stripes, would it even be possible to miss?

You forget to mention the red ball revolutionary alignment system.

 

I think there is some research that shows that no alignment is possibly the best alignment. That is why many tour pros prefer the dot or circle. It is more of a sweet spot indicator than an alignment aid of any kind.

BoP is +$50 also.

"Ten" and "BoP" are 2020 models. The others are 2019 models.

Other than that the insert appears to be slightly different. Shading only ? Or a different material under the face "slots" ? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have to say the TT is a lot better, at least for me, for aligning the ball.

Back when the single line on the ball became all the rage I had a terrible time adjusting it so that the single line was pointing exactly where I wanted it to. It looked right, I'd stand over it or back up and look again, and it wasn't quite right. So I'd look again and need to adjust it a hair and I could never get it where I wanted it. Drove me crazy(er).

But the TT, when I tried it, seemed to be a LOT easier to align and I found I didn't have to keep adjusting. First time was usually enough to get it right. Dropped the ERC ball though and had already converted to the AVX from the Chrome Soft so,,,,,,, no more TT for me.

So everyone here is so good at putting you dont line yourself up? Most people I've played with and who are even decent putters take the time to line up their ball and then line themselves up with their putter to that chosen line. Why on earth would it take SOOOOOO long to line up a putter with the TT on it? You put the putter down and boom you are aligned. Seconds. You guys seriously need to stop finding every single damn reason to hate on something, FFS. Every single thread. I think its great and if it helps someone align better and make putter, even better.

When the first pictures came out, I couldn't get over how cheap and tacky I thought the triple track looked.

My local spot had a few of the TT tens out yesterday, and after rolling a dozen or so putts I'm now seriously pondering picking one up.

I still think it doesn't look the greatest, but it definitely makes alignment easier.

I think I can handle looking silly if I'm taking more $$ on the course.

I reached out to Odyssey a few days ago to see if they were eventually going to offer it here in the US; no response at all.
