They definitely can get a little worn looking but its not offensive to me.

I've got a 19 w/ an Accra TZ6 in it, my go to club for a lot of situations. Love the flat setting, hate the turbolators, the 425 looks so much better imo.

This. Ive redone my whole bag so I can fit a g425 19 in my bag to go with my g410 22. If it works the 22 will be traded in for a g425. The 22 got me out of a bunch of trouble this past season.

BTW... gonna play them all the way weak at 20.5 and 23.5.

I found that the standard setting was best for me.  The 4 h was my main second shot club on most holes.  I hit it better / straighter than my fairway woods.

I bought the G410 4H, 5H AND 6H to match my 410 irons a few weeks ago. I’ve played a few rounds with them and they are nice. I was replacing some Callaway XR OS hybrids that I had much success with for several years. I Ike them but I am in an adjustment period.

I swapped a G400 5h for a G410 5h (neutral flat setting) in early September, and I've played over 70 rounds with it. It's easily the best club in my bag. Where the G400 was prone to hooks, the G410 is generally straight, but can easily be worked both ways. I have to really put a poor swing on it to hook it. Unless I can reach a par 5 in two, the 5h is my go to club for my 2nd shots on the par 5s.

Just picked up a G410 9 wood to replace my G400 9w. Same issue with the lefts.

I'm curious what the G425 will bring to the table, but I can't imagine it being a whole let better than the G410 series given the adjustable lie angle.

I don't think you'll regret this; I don't carry ANY fairways anymore because the G410 hybrids are so good. Just very, very easy to hit, and LONG.

I like heavier shafts in my woods, and shorter club lengths.  It's difficult to do that with modern fairway woods.  Because of that, I'm thinking of grabbing a G410 2h and using it on top of my 2-PW MP-37s to replace my 3w.

Maybe even put a Steelfiber i110 or even i125 iron shaft in it, to go full bore on the weight thing.  😉

Can anyone compare the g410 hybrid to the pxg gen2 hybrids. With the pxg price point, looking to possibly getting one. But just curious on how it compares, especially forgiveness. Thanks!

I will give you my 2 cents...pxg gen 2 look better and feel better to me...however the 410s spin more like a iron which is what i wanted. The pings give a little better feedback on misses...but i think they both are similar for forgiveness. Spin is really the big difference between the two.

How do these hold up? I’ve seen some on ebay that look like they’re 10 years old by how face looks. My 6 year old hybrid that I hit a ton looks way better. Curious for those that have had awhile. Thanks. Looking at getting 17 and 19 and ditching fairways.

The left is the 5H I bought about 3 months ago, the right is my 3H I got fit into in March 2019. I think it's held up pretty well, but obviously some wear is visible.

As an update, the VA nemesys x flex in my g410 19deg is awesome. It’s set flat.

I have an aggressive transition and hybrid swing speed is around 103-105. I’ve ALWAYS been fit into very tip stiff shafts. For that reason I’ve never had a fitter offer me a CB shaft etc. liked the reviews and decided to gamble on the nemesys.

now, because work is stupid, I’ve only got about 30-40 swings on it but initial reactions are very positive. I can control spin, hit baby draws, feel it load nicely, and launch it high. I can still over turn it left, but that’s mostly a tempo issue. I know this because I can do it with a PVD hulk too lol

I have them in 3,4 and 5 with the Tensei CK pro blue in stiff.

I play a couple of times a week and Hit the range once or twice as well. Semi sandy soil on the ranges around here, so the soles of mine fairly worn after a year and a half of use.

I'd say the wear pretty well for a black faced club.

Interesting thread.  My G410 4H is one of my favorite clubs in the bag.  Quiet as it's kept, I feel more comfortable hitting off the deck than my 5-wood.  This thread makes me wonder if the 2H would be a good option to consider....

The FW is money off the tee, but just don't feel good with off the deck.

How often do you need to hit your FW off the deck?

My 5h is probably my favorite club in the bag. Unless I can reach a par 5 in two, which is very rare, it's my go-to club for layups. It gets a lot more action than my two fairway woods. One thing that my 7 wood excels at is hitting a big fade. The hybrid can be worked left to right, but the 7w is very easy to move 20+ yds. There's a par 5 on a course I play regularly than has a big tree on the right corner 100 yds out from the green. I generally curve my 7 wood around it.

I never hit my fairway wood off the deck.  I just never have felt comfortable enough with it...and only two of the four par 5s at my home course are reachable.  But on the other 2, I feel more comfortable to hit a 200 yard shot 20-30 yards in front of the green and try to get up and down.

It's one of those luxuries in the bag, not something I need...

Agreed...for a club with a black face, my G410 hybrid looks good after 2 years of use.  Probably about 100 rounds and a lot of range time over that period.  Compared to other hybrids that I've owned (Callaway, Adams, TaylorMade), I'd say this is wearing better than average.
