Yeah, I'm seeing on tgw's website that the drop-down menu when you select a custom shaft is still showing $0 for everything (might just be my cache), but when you add it to your cart it shows the full upcharged price.

I still haven't gotten any additional info on my order yet, but it's still showing as processing at the non-upcharge price. (via my Order History). No additional emails since the order went into Processing, either.

I ordered mine on 1/27, and I just checked my credit card transactions and there's a pending charge for it from 1/27 (at the non-upcharge price). We'll see when it actually goes through (and if I get a shipment notice)

Just ordered mine with no up-charge on the AD-DI. Fingers crossed that the order goes through at that price.

Does anyone know if TM can adjust the swing weight on these hybrids? I ordered my 3h 1/2" short and requested that they adjust the swing weight back to stock D3. But I don't see a removable weight on the hybrid, so I'm not sure how they would do it.

For what it's worth, I went through this when I purchased my GAPR-lo through Taylormade custom last April. Ordered it with the Pro White 90 in "X" flex and when it came it was a TX real deal shaft. The upgrade was also $50.

I still agree with you though, proceed with caution. You never know if they're not specific about it.

Good news to hear. Fingers crossed. I may even buy another with an addi and see what happens. Can't be too bad if I have a shaft and head for 250 when the shaft is easily 200.

Is the AD DI a “soft” shaft? Or would you consider it a stiffer to flex shaft?

I know that So much it player dependent. I have never hit one. I usually play a regular flex shaft but at this I price may take a shot at it. Driver SS is between 85-90.

I just got one ordered as well. I did this on their site about 5 years ago with a Cobra driver. The GD-BB rang up as no up charge, so I pulled the trigger. It was delivered at that price and was legit. I hope that's the case with this one!
