Is there traditionally any variance in Ping products across regions?  Some OEM’s seem to have different products in Asia or Europe for example

Was there an i210 replacement?  If so, can you describe what you saw?  Thanks.

The Iblade replacement is not going to be released in January.  It’s going to be released in July.  As some on here have already speculated it’s going to be called the i59 and from what I’ve been told it’s basically the iron to end all irons.  I haven’t seen it.  That’s just what I’ve been told.

Sounds like I can order those JPX 921 Tours after all. Was going to wait for the i59, but I can't go a whole year without a new set of irons. ? This will actually help keep my pattern of Ping/Mizuno/Ping/Mizuno iron buying intact and I can get both sets with no fomo.

If that is the case I’m not sure what to do, maybe just get another set of iblade’s to start the year or possible pick up the p-770’s

What is that supposed to mean? "Iron to end all irons"

That’s what guys who have hit it say.  It’s not an i210 replacement though.  That’s coming at some point and although it’s an iblade replacement looks wise it’s more like the blueprint then the iblade.

So is it going to be hollow construction like P770? There is so much hype on the iBlade 2.0 that I can't understand what would be so different if they are not hollow.. And it can't be fully hollow as then it would feel horrible, so they must have some sort of foam inside it also.

If we have to wait until July 2021 for them to be released Taylormade or Titleista is probably going to get my money, a combo set of the P7 range is looking really nice.

G430 Max 10K Hzrdus RDX Red 60 / Ping G430 Max 5fw KBS TD 70 / Titleist TSi2 4Hy  Tensei CK Pro Orange 80HY

Ping iBlade 4-PW Modus3 120 / Cleveland RTX2.0 50° DG S200 / Ping Glide3.0 56° DG TI S400 / Ping Glide4.0 60° DG TI S400

Scotty Cameron Phantom 7.5 Stability Tour / Titleist ProV1x

With some of the big companies, and surely more to follow, releasing the i59s (or whatever they will be called) in July seems odd. Golfers seem to be dying to change clubs and July is a long time off.

From recent posts about delivery times, it sounds like Ping's supply channel and production schedules took a big hit from the virus.  Probably very concerned about launching a new product into a period that they cannot assure timely delivery.  Remember, almost all their parts come from China, unlike Mizuno, which is Japan.

Definitely interested in the G425 Max and LST.  Looks like they stuck with the adjustable weight idea but looks like it doesn’t have quite the range as the 410.  Looks to be some sort of channel behind the face as well, similar to Titleist and Mizuno.

Very excited to hear more about the I59 irons or whatever they will be called.  Have no issues playing my current setup for the foreseeable future but have always been a Ping guy and like buying shiny new things.....

The weight adjustment seems pretty small. Very curious as to why the change

Anyone take a look at the adapter yet?  For those that have been able to see the club in person.

is it the same?

I felt in the G410 the SFT model was pointless. If you placed the weight in the draw position on the Plus it was essentially in the same location the non-moveable SFT was placed. I don't know if there was much difference if you take that out of the equation. Maybe the SFT was slightly more upright.

I can only believe they made it move less into the draw position to try to push more sales toward the SFT for those people who really need that.

Since they just created a brand new adapter in the G410 series it will upset people even more if they did it again considering people are already mad enough that this isn't going to be available in the USA until 2021.

I thought that the sft had a closed face angle compared to the plus. I also read that the draw bias on it was double what was possible on the plus model set to draw, so it wasn't pointless.

These new pics look interesting although they raise a few eyebrows did to the very limited weight positioning. What's the point of having movable weights if you can barely move them. I expected G425  to be more adjustable not less. There only thing I can think of is maybe they have a CF crown and that weight is substantially heavier thus allowing for bigger changes with less physical movement. If that is the case then the people needing lower slim are going to be forced to get the lst as print that much weight that far back is really going to create a lot of spin.

I think this also depends on how heavy the weight is. The G410 was 16g. If this weight ends up being heavier it could make a huge difference. I've also heard something about shifting the CG on this driver. I think this all depends on what the weight is and how it moves.

That's what I meant to type, stupid autocorrect. *either* should have been weight.
