Have you ever tried 100g graphite shaft in a hybrid? It might feel heavier than you expect, assuming you are going for standard club length.

I would recommend 80-95g depending balance point and length of the shaft.

I play my 4h G425 with CK Pro orange stiff 82g (225y carry). My driver SS is slightly over 110mph.

I’ve got a Ping G410 22° in the bag. I use it in place of my 3 iron which plays at 22° as well. My 4 iron is 25.5° which I think is pretty typical of a modern 5, maybe 1-1.5° stronger.

It’s built using the exact same shaft/length/head-weight as the 3 iron it replaced. I find the hybrid carries the same but with a higher launch/descent angle. It is also significantly more forgiving of small strike errors in terms of carry distance. Much easier to play out of the rough as well. I don’t have much trouble keeping it low when needed in the wind.

I've always hated hybrids and loved long irons, but this experiment is changing my mind. I’m considering picking up a 5h to replace my 4 iron as well.

My SS is a bit higher in the 117-120 area with the driver.  With everything else I do not swing as hard because it is more about placement, but tend to hit the ball lower than most with my swing speed.

Driver, 3 wood and 5 iron are set.  IN between I have either

1. 7 wood or hybrid for one gap below the three wood.

2. SGI 4 iron or 4 hybrid above the 5 iron.

I am looking at a new hybrid in slot 2, and have been leaning Ping or Titleist.  My 7 wood is a Titleist and hybrid a Ping that are in slot 1..

In slot 2 my current SGI 4 iron is a Srixon ZX4 and equivalent hybrid is the 939 Sub 70.

My swing speed is 105-110mph and I play a Callaway Apex 4h with a Modus 120 stiff. The swingweight is weird but it’s been a nice replacement for a 4 iron.

I have a Srixon H85 22* that’s basically my 3 iron. It’s just so versatile and I can hit it high, low, cut it and turn it over. It’s a par 5 weapon. I hit it 225-235 and it’s very consistent. Shaft is Matrix blacktie 95

I really like the look and feel of my new Apex Pro 4 hybrid. Proforce 85g shaft. It’s iron like and I can fly it lower than other hybrids I have tried in the same spot.

Similar SS to OP. I game a 23* Adams Pro hybrid with stock shaft. it plays like a natural extension of my irons, nice high 200 yard carry and will stick any green it hits within a few feet. Neutral ball flight, feels like I'm playing an iron with just a bit more oomph to it, fantastic for recovering out of the rough.

From the new 2021 clubs I'd take a look at the Callaway Apex Pro21 or the Taylormade Sim 2 Rescue. Both are designed for fast players that want a neutral iron like hybrid.

Forget my driver SS average, my longer irons SS is over 100 so I guess that paints a picture. But a 4H ballooned too much for me when I tried one so in a 3H instead. If I needed a 4H I'd probably go with a 7W honestly as I hit my woods way better.

A 50-something single-digit HDCP guy I know has been a year with 3W, 2H and 4H. The 4H replaced a 4i. He said

4H split difference more evenly between 2H and 5i, plus 4H is more versatile.

I am playing a Sim Max 4 hybrid and loving it. Have a Ventus Black 8x wood shaft in it using about 2 inches of a steel shaft as the shim for it.
