Honestly new Ben Hogan 5 wood is pretty nice had it for a while nice compact head and fixed hosel. But really I think cobra small head fairways with rails are the ultimate 5 wood just a great do it all club that goes straight off the tee

I think the ultimate 5w needs to be something you can elevate and hold a green with. Some folks looking for low spin and using off the tee confuse me a little bit. I am not saying it should spin 7k rpm but it should be something you can fly into the green.

Bought a Callaway XR-16 with a stock speeder 565 on a whim since the pro gave me a deal, 10% above cost.,,,,,,, I would pay MSRP for it now !!! low or high, but all it wants to do is go straight.

I just ordered this club because I like the 3 wood so much. This will be the first time owning a 5 wood.

Agreed, (i) SIM MAX fairway is a monster and (ii) the 5 wood is second shot club. Tried the TS3, was super hot off the face and felt great, but it takes every fiber of my being not to tug higher lofted fairway woods to the left.

Anyone have any pictures of the TS3 5 wood? I have the 915 Fd 5 wood that JT uses and it’s great, but man is it a tiny head.

G410 is a great 5 wood.

I got a Mavrik Max 5 wood and have been really impressed. So easy to launch and love the high ball flight. If you don't want to go that new the Rogue woods are great also.

To me most OEM woods are a bit left bias. If you want something a bit more neutral go wit Ping or Titlest. The G410 plays a bit open if you reduce the loft a bit, you can also flatten it. If you want high draws go for Callaway.
