I’m betting the demand will be so high, they will be backordered almost immediately. Possibly the P7MCs too. I can’t remember the last time a manufacturer had an iron release where every single model looked this solid and clean.

I’m really in between buying the 760’s and the new 770’s, once they are announced will I still have a chance to custom order 760’s for a certain period of time?

From a marketing standpoint, you guys are waiting too long on the release. Season will be over in most places, and people are already tired of waiting.

My suggestion is to send me a set with $Taper stiff shafts, 1 degree flar, standard loft and length, Tour Velvet Cords with two wraps (logo down) ASAP.

I can do an immediate test and write a review that will hold everyone else’s interest during the extended marketing period.

I believe this is a unique, but winning strategy. PM me for my address, and second day delivery will suffice.

Maybe! Don’t hate that at all! I’m thinking 770 4 iron. MC 5-7 and TW 8-PW. The cool thing about the TW is the PW is is basically a gap wedge bc it’s so week. Might have to bend some stuff but that’s not a big deal.

I like your style, but you forgot you are on GolfWRX where everyone swings crazy fast and has ridiculous custom specs. In order for the review to be worthwhile, it needs to be a set of P7MC’s 4-PW with C-Taper 130X, 1/4” long (based on standard 1/2” gaps and a 37” 7-iron), midsize BestGrips Microperfs with 4 extra wraps, standard loft, 0.5 degree lie gaps (based on a 62 degree 7-iron), no paintfill (so the recipient can do their own custom paint job), and all swing weighted to D6.7. And since those are my specs exactly (what a coincidence), I’ll volunteer as tribute to do the review. Thanks in advance @TaylorMade Golf.

(Hope so) The 7MC’s are the Mizuno MP20 MMC equivalent OR a slightly smaller 760 with the hollow/foam 3i-7i?I was about to press go on the 760’s as I have tested a few times and love the performance/forgiveness but not the look... am ready to go... finding it hard to wait for these

Yea I’ve been struggling with either the 760s or Apex Pro’s. The couple pictures of the 770s I’ve been able to see have me now on hold. The struggle is real

The P7MC appear to be a direct P750 replacement, so I wouldn't expect any foam in them. TaylorMade needed something to replace the P750 that's still in many of their tour players' bags. This is it.

The P770 appear to be exactly what you're describing.

Instead of getting P760, I'd strongly consider waiting and then building a combo set of P7MC/P770 when they're released.
