Just got my 97s tie dye and for me, they look even better in person. I know tie dye isn’t for everyone but this is by far one of my favorite colorways!

I guess you’re right the coloring is a 2019 release these just being the mesh versions for 2020.

unfortunately these are just a bit too small for me as a size 9, only size I was able to get randomly one day nike had them, really need a 9.5-10.

so I accidentally bought a pair of ZIT (wide) - was there to try 270G and figured it has no wide option. I sized up 0.5 for ZIT after trying my normal size. This shoe is so comfortable so I decided to bring it back home.

Last night I got a chance to test them at range, vs my Code Chao. ZIT is definitely “bouncier” which I felt good during my full swing. Very floating and explosive. Code Chaos feels stiffer relatively but not too bad, given it has BOOST sole.

 

However when it comes to chipping & putting, I found it’s a bit difficult to be stable. I felt my feet want to dance all the time :) Part of the reason might be the higher & the bouncier bottom. Also my toes are squeezed a bit, and my big toes always touch the inside of the top. Code Chaos has either higher top, or wider / lower toe box which my toes were more “relaxed”. But no hurt to my big toes in ZIT after the practice anyway. Also I didn’t have any blisters.

 

Today I played 18 holes, half walking / half riding. Again, no hurt or blisters on both feet. However, I found the “bounce” can be good or bad. I figured my distance from driver to irons were all shorter, unless I pushed to the ground harder on purpose and swing harder. I will say Code Chaos has better traction and grips.

And for putting, I struggled for front 9 and finally got better for back 9. Also I almost got a cramp in my right calf because of the snug in the toe box of the shoes.

 

after the round I cleaned it easily with wet brush and air gun. The waterproof is indeed good. Also today was so humid and hot here (112 degree F body temperature) but the ventilation is good.

 

Overall I love ZIT but might need to see if it will stretch even wider so I won’t get a cramp again. It might be my go to shoes for the next couple rounds.

Got compliments from other members, the pros, and the grounds crew. Guess everyone loves the 270. I think I still have to break them in a bit, but overall I love them. Super stable.

I got the Golf Galaxy email too, but the link went to a 404 page. I figured it had already sold out because I didn't check until a couple hours after I received it.

Got through Golf Galaxy site right @ 0900 CST and placed an order for a size 13 Roshe. Said there were only 4 available for shipping. Got an email confirming my purchase/order but we'll see if I get a shipping notification.

That would be my fear is that they would somehow end up cancelling my order. I got through for size 12 Roshe and it was at 7 pair when I got through checkout.
