Haha. They came out this year for the Waste Management Open. They looked even crazier in person. Those have been sold.

Probably have a Bday coupon? I don’t want these but tried adding the wide to the cart like you said and it says OOS.

Apparently these sold out even though they still show inventory. Picked up a 13 and 14 regular. Hopefully one of them fits well.

Has anyone tried the wide in the ZIT and if so how do they compare to the regular ones?

i have the normal ones and while they have broken in they’re still a bit narrow for me.

There is a review of the wide vs regular on the previous page. User notes that the soles are the same, but the upper is slightly bigger.

Still deciding if I should grab the ZIT Shield or wait forever 270 Shield.

Thats kinda what I was thinking too. The regular 270s have been fine with dewy mornings, but I dont know how it would be in the rain season here in Seattle. Thats why I went with the ZIT. On days when the ZIT traction might not work because of frozen ground, well, I dont know that anything would work.

I bought shoe stretchers on Amazon for $15-20. Used those for 2-3 days in my ZITs wides and they feel great. After the 3rd wear now I don't feel them being narrow at all, they feel like normal nike air max fit

Ymmv, I found the wide to fit much better. I could barely wear the regular in the house without walking and they were borderline painful. Perhaps it was a “taller” upper like in the pics in the last page or two. But the wide is much better for me - zero break in period. Fit perfect out the box.

This times 1000. Shoe stretchers make these shoes pre broken in.

I think it all depends on what kind of player you are.  Are you the guy of player that swings out of their shoes or not.  I'm not, so they 270s, even on wet ground, work great for me.  I'm not a fan of the ZIT Shields, so I got the 270 Shields...love them!!

Anyone’s else 270G NRGs doing this?? Frustrating as I love the look and feel but they are going back!! Just need to wait on re stock 270Gs in my size which seems like forever
