I’ve never really kept an eye on golf shoe releases, but I’m a big sneaker guy and Nike usually tweets when something is dropping, usually 9:45EST if it’s a quick drop. Also I notice in my inbox they gave a heads up of the 270 drop, so maybe they’ll send out something in the next day or so on the NRG. Definitely want a pair, hitting up a golf weekend next week so would like them ahead of that if I can get a hold of them.

I find the ZIT to be more comfortable than the 270s. Now that my ZITs are broken in they fit like a glove. TBH, I think I might have been wearing shoes that were a touch too big previously. The ZITs hug my feet, and then all the Zoom and React in them make them really comfy to walk in. I think these will be my Fall/Winter shoes since they are waterproof. They take a beating and still look great. The 270s were comfy as well, just not as much as the ZIT (for me).I found the ZIT to be TTS for length. As someone else mentioned, they are a bit narrow. If you have real wide feet you might want to look into the wide sizes. I had good luck with shoe stretchers and normal wear.

Thanks, looks like the spikes may be a little better on the ZIT too. I have some air max 90s that don’t get a ton of grip. I’ll shoot for the ZIT when these drop.

Also - The ZITs break in and find them actually be true to Nike sizing... Wides break in and become to loose in the toe box for me anyway...

I grabbed the wrong post to quote but TTS on the Zoom IT’s W. They feel a little tight at first but hang with them. Takes about 3-4 rounds (in my experience) to get them loosened up and feeling good! I’m a huge LCV2 fan and after the break in period the Zoom IT’s have moved in front! Still love my TP’s but that’s became a fall/winter shoe for me. And lastly, I sure as **** hope you get a pair in the blue/gray bro as I know you really really want ‘em!

NRG doesn't really stand for anything as an acronym. It basically means "energy" and is used to denote that the item is limited edition.

270s came in today and they are great. Like somebody else said earlier, in hand you definitely see the cool stitching pattern more prominently than in photos.

initial thoughts on fit are that they seem very similar to the street version. There seems to be a little more padding in the heel and the insole, but my street 270s are prob two years old. I went with size 13 to match my street shoes, but 14 would’ve probably been a better choice. I like some extra room during exercise.

you can see in the top photo (hopefully), the street version looks a touch wider in the toebox. Perhaps the golf version will also stretch similarly. Even if not, I’m hopeful walking in these will be just fine.

there’s a slight difference in the graphic on the toe (much thicker on street version), but overall the golf versions are exactly what I hoped for in terms of recreating one of my favorite sneakers of all time.

This might be the case.... if so we might not see them till next week maybe even Thursday. Wish we could get a date from Nike like every other manufacturer does for literally everything. You can only check NDC so much before you go insane.
