What does everyone use for their 100-110 yard shot

I have been struggling with that distance as of late with temperatures in the upper 40's. Normally, 50 degree is my standard 100 yards if I don't get too steep. 46 degrees is my 115 in a standard CB or blade. 105 to 110 has been killing me. Ready for some warmer temps and see if my distances normalize along with some touch with 3/4 wedges to max and slightly closed wedges if I need a little extra.

I have a weak PW at 49*, I’ll choke down 3/4” or even down to almost the steel shaft. I’ll know the ball will get all the way there to the intended yardage but it will flight down with less spin.

Rarely am I forced to hit a high shot with tons of spin to a table top so in most cases, it’s like throwing darts into the green.

the thing with hard SW and even GW, is that the ball can still upshot up the face and you end up short most of the time. I’d rather turn over a draw with a SW in this case.

Right, 100 yards is more of a feel thing for many.

Cold seems to spin less, so the ball rolls and bounces differently. Distances could be the same, or maybe a club off?

Casual round with my Sunday morning people it's a full 56*. Stock solid strike is a 100-105 yards. If I need to stuff one it would be a low skidder 52. Confidence is high with the 52 vs 56.

Got to make sure your gaps are correct, especially with your wedges. I never hit a full shot with the wedges and most often keep the swing at 3/4 which is great for control. 46*=110, 50*=100, 55*=85, and 60*=75.

If I hit a full GW (100-105) it spins a lot, the PW (110-115) can go a little long.

I've spent the past year laying up to 100yrds on most longer par 5's only to screw up my approach......stupid game!

or maybe look at is as your GW takes long out of play but your PW takes short out? I have a similar gap in my wedges, my 52 goes about 115 but my 56 is about 100 with a lot of spin. A flighted 3/4 GW has been a big difference for me in the last year

Found myself sitting on 120-125 and 105-110 a lot last season and changed my wedges setup this year accordingly. Was going 50 - 130 and 54 - 115. So I switched to 52 - 125 and 56 - 110. Gives me the ability to take more full/fuller swings. So last year I would've told you a 54* with a 9 o'clock swing from 110 yards. This year it's a full 56*.

50 degree for everything between 100-120 yards. I prefer the lower trajectory of the 50 degree under 100 yards too.
