Who bought a Mizuno ST200?

I’ve been thinking about trying one of these out. I like the look of the Mizuno head, I think this might be something I experiment with as the season winds down here.

I bought the ST200 with KK x-stiff.  Not sure it is the longest combo for me, but hands done most forgiving and consistent.  Had Cobra F8+. I liked it but miss hits were punished severely.  Very impressed with this Mizuno driver.

Draw or fade biased?  What are you guys seeing.  Interested but don't want anything that has a draw bias.

Just sold mine. Great club, great feel just liked the PXG a tad more.

Was just fitted for one of these last weekend at Golf Principles here in the UK. Ended up with the standard ST200 in 10.5 fitted with a Paderson Kinetixx Launch TP65 D40 (I think that's an S+). Clubhead speed was averaging at 101mph (I'm getting old!), ball speed just under 150mph with spin at around 2400rpm and launch was a bit low at 12 degrees.

 

It felt great, head was very forgiving and the shaft, which I'd never heard much about before the fitting was just super smooth and kicks really well through the ball. Arrived yesterday, so looking forward to trying this out at the weekend. It looks great with the black head and the all black lower half of the shaft.

Is the ST200 driver still relevant in todays world?

Of course.  It’s essentially a current gen driver.  You’ll probably never see one out on the course, but these are nice drivers—totally comparable to the big boys.

Bought the ST200 driver and the 3 wood that came with the stock Daimana shaft last season. It replaced my TM M3 driver and GT180 3 wood both with Tensei whites. I regret making the change. 
The Daimana shaft was really inconsistent with my swing so I changed it both to the evenflow black shafts to see if it was that, but still not getting along with it. The Mizunos ST200s were deeply discounted in the spring at Golftown so I took a chance. I’ve also tried the Mizuno ST190 with the Atmos blue 5S in the beginning of 2020, still didn’t beat out the M3. 
both drivers just lacked the pop that the M3 had. I’m looking to get either the SIM or Speedzone this season. I’m a 7 handicap with a driver SS of 105. I love Mizunos and have games about 6 irons sets, different model wedges, and a putter as well so I was really excited to have all Mizunos in the bag (K1LO). Currently have the JPX900F and T20 raws. Unfortunately it just didn’t work out for me.

I bought the ST200 in May 2020, got fitted into the Diamana Blue 70 s. Swingspeed was around 111mph back then. I always loved the BB, 70x felt too boardy for me. 
over the Season I gained some SS, currently at 116mph, and added a bit of dynamic loft by adding AoA, so I turned it down to 7.5deg since it got a bit spinny.

I liked the great range of shafts available for the Mizuno drivers combined with the decent to low price (399€).

I will buy an adapter to try out my old BB 60x. Will be gaming one of them next season.

My wife liked her ST190, but hated the ST200X. Since that didnt work out she moved to the Mavrik Max on a whim and has been bombing it.
