Who's done a fitting there?

They seem to have great reviews and they hit off turf. Unlike CC or Cool Clubs, and Hot Stix is less expensive.

I wanted to get fit for graphite iron shafts.

Share your experiences please.

Four of us went there for a fitting last spring, 3 for drivers, one for irons. All of us are still using and very happy with the clubs we were fit into. They also threw in a free putter fitting while we were waiting for our buddies to get fit. They adjusted our putters for free and gave us some tips it was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I’ve been once to Scottsdale and once to their fitting van at The Masters.

They are the best fittings that I’ve ever been to. The Kingdom at Reynolds Plantation was a close second. Was not a fan of True Spec.

You get to see real life results from your shots. From putter to wedges to irons to fairways to driver, they seem to be the most complete.

Worked with Kris at Hot Stix this past Thursday.

Fitting for Iron shafts and possibly heads as well.

I tried to go in with an open mind, as much as possible.

I had a great session with him, didn't need to change Irons Heads, though could have gone to HMBs with good results and the felt great, but the Cobra's were jus as good sounding/ feeling. P790 had more of a click to my ear

Got to try quite a few shafts, both steel and graphite. Very impressed with Shimada offering they had in the mix, not impressed with the Obans that I'd read about on here, And the new Nippon shaft was just a hook machine for me, both in stiff and regular flex. Already knew I wouldn't like some of the other offerings, and had my prior indoor impressions confirmed outdoors, off grass, with a little wind and Trackman to see actual numbers

Ended up deciding to reshaft my Cobra Forged Tec Black with SF i95cw R from Modus 105 Stiff. A little more distance, maybe half club, but higher flight, and better dispersion.

I will also be taking my 2019 Forged Tec's which I was fitted for ( Modus 105 R )back to Van's on the 90 day playability and getting the same heads with SF i95cw R shafts.

One thing I was concerned about with the new hollow body irons was spin, or lack of stopping power. Happy to see in the demo that the 6iron was right around 6k rpm with this head/shaft combo.

Excited about the change. Hope to have the FTB's back in a week or two, then can wait on the return of the '19 Forged Tecs.

Another thing that came up was that I should be playing my iron 1* flat, where as I had always been told 1-2* upright
