Titleist COVID Delays?

Ordered an SM8 with TT XP95 in July. Found out on Monday that this shaft won’t be in until end of September. Long delay.

I placed an order on 9/1 for a set of T100s w/ std DG S400s (back-ordered) and was told they'd ship around 9/24.

 

What have others recent experiences been with True Temper back-ordered shafts? Specifically with std DG S400s?

Ordered 620 CB/MB combo set 8/21 and was informed by Titleist that my KBS shafts are back ordered until 9/8.  Told they will ship out mid September.  Hope thats still the case.. to be determined.

Checked in on my order today, and not only are the shafts still on back-order, but I'm being told the T100 heads are now back ordered for the foreseeable future, and I may not see my order until early November..

A few friends at my club have T200's with DG AMT shafts on order and it's been over 4 weeks and they aren't sure when they will be in.

My custom fit T100s with AMT red were supposed to be shipped 9/26. Heads were out of stock and new ship date is 10/17. Order date was 8/21.

My wedge arrived yesterday unannounced. No shipping notification and I still haven’t been charged for it. My order is still showing as processing.

I had ordered a set of T400 irons on Aug 24. Told it would take 2.5 weeks. 4 weeks in, I checked on the order. I was told the 5-6-7 iron heads and the shafts were on back order, would be in sometime in November. I switched to T 300s with different shafts. Got them delivered in 2 weeks.

Had a TS3 hybrid take 6 weeks to arrive. Vokey SM8 from wedge works is going on 8 weeks. Probably 9 once it’s delivered.

I had a TS2 hybrid and 3 wood take 6 weeks to arrive as well.  Nothing crazy about the orders - standard/no-upcharge shafts, NDMC grips, stock lengths.

Limited release got out pretty much right on release day, so I'm guessing they're ok on that front?

My hybrid was stock as well. They’re just still that far behind. I had It from a good source that during the lockdown they had 4 employees working in all of Acushnet filling orders. What a cluster.

Good news is the TS2 hybrid was worth the wait.  It's a great club.  Probably 10-15 yards longer than the 915H it replaced.  Great for long par-3's.

Well, this thread is a bummer haha.  I'm getting ready to fire in a custom order of T100 irons, but it sounds like I might as well not expect to see them before the end of the season here.

 Checked back in with Titleist today, and early November is the earliest the order will ship. Seems like they are still playing catch up - ughhh!

I was told the shafts spec’d by my fitter on the T300s were on back order, so he changed to a similar shaft and the clubs would be sent out in 10 days without the 4 iron because the heads were also on back order. The clubs came in on the 10th day as expected but the 4 iron was included and not back ordered. Got them last week.

Just got a status on my 620 CBs order.  Was originally told month delay and just updated today with a November 13th date.  Apparently Titleist is having a hard time getting product in.  Bummer!

To chime in, 

Ordered set of T100s on Sep 24th. No word from Titleist as of 30th October. Other folks have reported a 3 month lead time ... so between that and the Xmas break you’re looking at January for Q4 2020 orders. 
 

It’s rather amusing the western world chooses to blame everything on COVID, when they’ve really just not de-risked their tier 1&2 supply chain (China).

I ordered T100/T200 combo in like first week of july maybe... Took until september I think to get them...

Best part is that I ordered a T100 5 iron and got a T200 instead because the T100 5 iron heads were gunna be back ordered even longer lol.....

 

So after months of waiting.... the local titleist rep/my titleist club pro managed to get me 25% off my order and threw in 4doz prov1x's and a titleist hat (looks like the one JT always wears, white with navy)

 

So I guess It was potentially worth waiting for me.... Unfortunately my summer was kind of s*** because of the mental fact that my current irons don't fit- (ballooned so hard) and I need heavier stiffer shafts. Played some of my worst golf with the same irons I've used for 10 years (R9 TP) while waiting for the new ones.

Ordered t100-s 4-p in October last I heard was heads are scheduled to be in the 23rd but might not get my order until dec. luckily I still have irons to play until they come in
