Bicycle accessories for my Specialized. courses are shut down. it's not "safe" to be on a fairway 50 yards from anyone but "APPARENTLY" it's perfectly fine for the whole neighborhood to go jog, breath and sweat on the same tiny path 24/7

 

How much do I miss golf? I'm riding down to my local course and doing a full lap around the course at sunset. pretty relaxing

I got laughed at the last time I played in my four ball about the state of my waterproofs..... The bottoms get cracked in mud through the winter here in the uk so I thought what's the problem. Anyway, not the best time to have a birthday so I've treated myself to a half zip pro quip jacket - half sleave (can't stand them to my wrist) and some Calvin green trousers. That should stop them laughing

Lol, traded a Hi Toe wedge and a putter shaft I wasn't going to use for 9 1/2 dozen balls...5 dozen 5a tour level balls and 4 1/2 dozen 5a E6 balls for my son.

I panic bought a maxfli mat and some maxfli foam balls the day it seemed like it all really hit the fan. The balls have been a pleasant surprise in the way they fly; but the mat is pretty shredded after about 60-80 iron swings. Just hoping that it lasts the quarantine...

Bought some titleist 716 ap2s been to open parks and found them to be solid. I got them for 249.99 when eBay told me they were lowered. Ive appreciate the flight and turf interaction. I really want to go golfing, but we’re on lock till April 30. I might go out and do my urban golf like I was with my twin . If you zoom in it’s the cone out in the field. I was hitting 7 iron off a slight downhill ball away from me lie.

second picture is us using our 9irons to hit of that hard dead grass (gray looking grass). If you also zoom in some more they look like specs but my shots were left and right of the cone. Not too bad dispersion.

The other day we went back up there and were hitting 6 iron and Pw. In the field We were hitting them towards the grey pole/ yellow post (first picture) which was also a “hole” Had little challenges to draw them over the base ball field towards the pole, or over the clay slicing back to those poles. Wasn’t too bad of a time since it has been sunny. Only problem is the balls would plug here and there so even with our Bright callaways we still were searching forever sometimes lol
