Exact same as a “regular” set of x100 just weight sorted and different labels. I don’t buy into the practice of spining and flo’ing personally, but if you do then you could theoretically get the same

They will spine or flo just like any other set. TI are just weight sorted to 0.5 gram tolerances.

The shaft spine has nothing to do with the weld line or seam. That was disproved roughly 30 years ago. Now It might have been true 100 years ago in the very early history of steel golf shafts, but it hasn't been the case for a long time now.
