Which PX driver shafts are counterbalanced or have a high balance point?

It depends on what you mean here, you have two technically different terms. Counterbalancing refers to more weight at the butt end of the shaft, while a higher balance point can refer to CB or to a shaft that just has a physical balance point further from the tip but does not necessarily mean it is counterbalanced with weight near the grip. All PX shafts have a high balance point, that is their design. The Even Flow Blue and Max Carry are more "neutral" in their butt stiffness and bend profile comparatively to the line but are still higher balance point in comparison to other wood shafts. I personally use the two terms interchangeably during a fit as they have virtually the same outcome: a lighter SW and will be harder to rotate the hands back to square making it easier to fade the ball.

In terms of actual counterbalancing, only the RipTide CB and the HZRDUS Yellow lines are marketed as such.

No shafts that I've ever come across marketed as "counterbalanced" are truly counterbalance the way you're describing it (added weight concentrated in the butt of the shaft). The term is commonly misused in the shaft industry so you can rarely rely on any sales or marketing info to tell you anything meaningful.

Ping offered the evenflow black 75g as a stock offering in the g410 line due to the higher balance point but not sure it would officially qualify as counterbalanced.

Right I understand that. I was providing detail to the OPs question. Nothing counterweighted truly exists unless you use counterweighting extensions, grips, or wrap lead tape around the butt yourself. Hence why higher balance point makes more sense here.

Agreed. Both terms have been used a little too liberally in recent years even though there does not really seem to be industry standard for "normal" so one OEMs high balance point could be another OEMs normal balance point. The only example I can think of that fits the true counterbalanced definition in recent memory is the Ping Alta CB stock offering which is simply an inserted weigh plug in the butt of the shaft.
