Who has them?

Anyone playing old forged blades? If so, what brand, year and model?

Not everyday, but I do break out the MP-11's from time to time.

82 Wilson Staff, 88 Hogan Apex RedLine are still in rotation. Mostly in warmer days to avoid excess sand and turf for excess wear.

Kosar Lab forged blades, 3=PW, made by Mike and Emil Kosar in Ohio, 1962, just before I got drafted into the Army.
Play them once a month, and love how they feel.

I have a set of Spaulding Top-Flite professinals 1972 and a set of PGA Tommy Armours 1978 version forged Blades.

still have a set of founders club 200 series blades that I practice w/ or play in windy conditions, love 'em! (think they are from '92, not sure)

I have a set of 1972 Haig-Ultra blades given to me new for my 17th birthday. I played with them for a number of years before finally changing to something different. I.ve owned a number of sets of irons over the years, but I'll never get rid of those.

I just took them out of play after about 15 years, but I have a set of Norman Signature blades. I still love the way they look, but I am just not good enough to play them anymore. I will also add that the satin nickle finish on those has got to be the best ever, they still look great and have hit a lot of balls in the south florida sand.

The original Hogan Edge Irons with Apex 3 shafts. They had to bend old Ben's arm to build them.

1986 Tommy Armour 986 Tour blades. I have the matching persimmon as well, all with G. Loomis Tour shafts.

DL III make a lot of money playing those.

I have a set of TP 18s and a TP 9 2 Iron, perhaps the hardest club to hit ever.

You could shave with the top edge its that thin!

They have old Spalding stepless shafts and Golf Pride DD2 grips. 2-AW(51*)

I sometimes play some old jack nicklaus "MASTER" irons, and also some old hogan bounce soles. They definitely aren't the most forgiving irons in the world...

I have a set of Jacks best! Satin nickle "Tour forged" MacGregor Miurfield's in mint condition (almost new!) with matching serial numbers. I still think these are the best looking MB's I've ever seen. Not sure what year they are from, would like to know that actually. I'm guessing late 70's early 80's.
