For me it's minor like face milling, I'm thinking smooth face cause it has been a while and I don't mind smooth face. If too clicky I'd send it back for a certain milling he's done but I'll ask first. 

 

The other is alignment, new shape to me so thinking of going naked, trying as is, maybe adding a line with paint or tape and if I like a specific one send it in for that. Last thing you want is to love a putter except a little line or dot.

Just put down my deposit for my 2nd Mack Made.  Went with a My Jewel in SS the first time around but now leaning towards a slightly heavier mid-mallet in Carbon for variety.  Lead time is just a little longer this time but price seems to be right about what is was for my first build.

Noticed a few of these putters have the spiral neck/hosel. Made me think (yes, I know that's dangerous) that they might not meet the golf rules that the putter neck must have a 'plain' design. Obviously, that's somewhat vague and open to interpretation, they do show a couple examples of non-conforming 'non-plain' necks, one that is a circular spiral, and one that looks typical but has holes drilled in it. Just looks to me like they took a plain hosel and twisted it, or machined it, into a shape that made it non-plain.

As far as I know the only conformity rules I am aware of is maximum next length which is 5" I believe and the lie angle must be less than 75* I think.

79° for lie unless that changed recently.

The center axis length of a twisted neck remains the same and is not longer than the 5 inches described in the rules. It might be different if the center axis was wound around like a spring as in d of this picture which would be non conforming... Now, quit trying to find excuses not to simply hand over all your money to Josey to make you a putter you are really wanting!

But as stated in the rules the putter in figure d is non-conforming for two reasons, the first is the spiral exceeds the 5" overall length and secondly the spiral hosel is 'non-plain'.

Awesome.  Looking forward to pics of the head cover.  9-10 more weeks until my 2nd build gets going.  Not sure what I’m going to do at this point.  Everything he fired looks so good.

Couple fresh pics of the stick and my custom cover where I replicated the face insert on the cover, the new logos I designed for hand twisted and his logo.....absolute perfection IMO.

Head Cover is stunning and fits the theme perfectly .  Awesome set up for sure.  
 

I don’t know how Josey does it but my putter feels more stable and easier to swing than my other blades at the same specs (weight, length, grip, etc).  I’m doing a Tribute next but all other details keep changing.

That cover is sweet and definitely one of my favorite putters that Josey has made.

havent had a lot of use with it... got it near the end of last season.  it's a great feeling stick though, i rotate a few putters and rarely stick with the same one for an entire season but I can say the man makes one hell of a stick.

I'm the same so totally get what you mean. Will rotate often but if one gets hot it stays an extra round or two. 

 

I'm waiting for my turn on the CNC, shouldn't be much longer, still closer than the golf season for me.

Is the Tribute supposed to be like to 009 or DH89 style or was that the jewel?
