Ping Anser 4W has been the ticket for me. Also liked Cobra Biocell Pro fairways, but I've never hit a fairway wood better than the Anser 4W.

See if you can find a Tour Edge EX10 Beta. This had a slightly larger pear-shaped head, and a deeper Center of Gravity to improve launch. Check out 15* 3W and 16.5* 4W.

I've seen price range between $60 and $100. Four general shaft models, ranging from 45-gram Bassara to 80-gram Aldila Rogue MAX Red.

Mine is the Cleveland dst, and for me this just sounds and feels good as I had it for almost 10 years and I’ve hit great shots time and time again like always. Tried to give a ping g400 wood a go and that didn’t turn out too good for me long term and let it go quickly for the tried and true !

I went from really liking my F7 head with a low/low shaft (NV 2KXV) to absolutely loving it with a mid/mid (Evenflow Blue). Howitzer off the tee and off the deck.

I bought a Callaway, second hand with Regular shaft, Epic Subzero 3 wood, with weight ports front and rear. I'm not so good a player but seldom have any trouble with this club off the fairway. I can change the weights easily for more loft. I never mess around with the hosel adjustments.

Wilson staff Fybrid. The first 3w I could ever consistently launch; a club I pull without fear.

Sole has a partial rail design for plowing through turf, club could not be cheaper or older. Comes with a Proforce V2 stock as well.

I got my Rogue 4w from Callaway pre-owned for $92. It’s 17 degrees so maybe more loft than your looking for. I use it mostly off the tee (My home course is short and for me it’s such an easy club to hit) but can hit it off the deck just fine.

Currently gaming the Cobra F9 (3-4 wood) and love the adjustability of it. Easy to hit off tee or the fairfway. Its a bomber and the rails make it smooth through light rough. Previously gamed the Cally X-Hot and loved her too, but my son stole that one from me so I went to the F9.

Epic Flash Subzero knocked my cobra f7 out of my bag long straight and adjustable loft make it a great fw.

Ping g30 has been good for me. But a 19 degree hybrid has been a better fit. For me I only give up about 10 yards but misses are much less catastrophic.

Cleveland HiBore XLS. It’s the easiest to hit 3 wood I’ve ever picked up and still in the bag.

Wow. Did you see how low the dispersion was on the V-Steel? LOL! I wonder how much of these steelheads from the era were titanium. I would think today titanium would be more expensive than carbon fiber.

So far I'm really impressed with the epic flash subzero I picked up off of the Callaway pre-owned website.

Easy to hit off the deck, and the ball just wants to go straight. My miss with my R11s 3 wood is a slice, I can't get this new 3 wood to slice at all. At the driving range yesterday I hit one off the toe of the face, right after impact I was thinking that ball was a lost cause. Nope, the ball went dead straight, and slightly shorter then a flush hit. I would've definitely been penalized with that hit on my R11s.

I'm really happy with this purchase so far. Haven't tried any other modern 3 woods, so I don't really have much of a reference, but I don't think this epic flash subzero is leaving the bag any time soon.

add my vote for the Ping i20. I also love the RBZ stage 2 from TM. Both are very easy to hit. Note my witb as I still play Ping i20 5 wood and RBZ stage 2 3 or 4 wood.

Lots of great suggestions in here, including woods I've owned and loved. Especially a big fan of the Cleveland Launcher steel, TI and Hibore XLS. In fact, I have 2 sets of Cleveland Launcher woods I could happily play if I wasn't so smitten with my current 3 and 5 woods, the 2015 Callaway Big Bertha. Simply the best I've played, and I've been trying to replace them for awhile but none of the newer ones I've tried measure up. Adjustable too so you could tweak them easily if need be.
