Incidentally, it was about that time that Cosmo World purchased Pebble for around 800 million.  So it's fair to say they were on a shopping spree and could leverage these relationships to build something very unique...

Hi

 

Does anyone know what year these Hogan APEX II irons are? My friend got them from a second hand golf shop in Yangon, Myanmar last year.  There is a sticker on the shaft that says “made by KK Osawa Golf Tech”.  Maybe they are a Japanese market model.  

I have searched the internet for pics but cannot find any Hogans with only APEX II on the back and the Ben Hogan signature on the sole.  Thanks for any help in dating these clubs!

 

My friend adjusted the loft, lie and length to match modern Titleist blades specs so they play great.  Such a pleasure to hit.
