I had some fun playing with the Ping online customizer. The link is at the bottom of this Morton Golf website but it now requires a Ping account to access.

You can customize each section of the bag as well as the piping color. With each custom embroidery/screen printing location, the price goes up. I’m pretty sure using one of the stock Ping logos doesn’t count as customization so there’s no fee.

I’m nitpicking here, but I chose a Carolina blue for most of my bag but they didn’t use the same color on the bag straps. The straps are just basic black. Looking at retail bags, the color theme extends to the straps too. There was no option to customize the straps. I would love to order a light grey with white piping and accents. Don’t need 3 however. ?

I was quoted 120 days last year and it took the full amount. I recommend placing the order and then forgetting about it or else you’ll be disappointed. I believe they’re custom built in China.

The minimum quantity can be tough. I run a tournament with a good following and was able to get two other buyers pretty easily. You might want to go in on the order with some other bag lovers from this thread. :)

Looks like you can still order a custom Hoofer, but like mentioned before, need a minimum of 3 bags to place order.

Im going to try and find some color swatches or digital colors to help people out. Mortons site only has the colors by name, not name and a visual sample.

Sorry. Side note. At Mortons it looks like they still use the "Ping Man" on the front ball pocket. So new Ping Hoofer model, but the classic feel with Ping name on sides.

What is that hoofer zip? Is it smaller than hoofer lite?

Those bags the pockets can be completely zip'd off if I remember right. Allowing school programs to customize over the course of multiples seasons. Maybe MadeinGuam can clarify since he has the pamphlet.

****In addition to the strap color notes that I mentioned earlier in this thread, I would also request that this small part of the bag be BLACK. As you can see, the stand legs get it quite dirty. Again, many of the stock bags will have this part black.

I never knew the bottle holder held the bottle back and at an angle. I like that and the colors!

Yeah, the holder is excellent. I have a 32 ounce bottle, and it fits perfectly. It sits at a great angle, and can be accessed easily when walking.
