I hear ya. I ordered with DD on Jan 4 and to my knowledge, no good reason why it hasn’t shipped out yet. ZX7 4-PW, X1 and TV Cords. 2* weak.

I ordered the exact same set and am super bummed that they are out of stock of some of the shafts and the 4 iron head. The weather is great here in SoCal except for the incoming rain next week, so the wait til mid-February is going to be grueling one.

If i pull the trigger it will be within 2-3 weeks. Our season doesn't start until May and all of our indoor golf facilities are closed due to Covid. Sooo....i got nothing but time to wait

They are really nice.  I know you have a fetish for THICC irons so a ZX5/ZX7 combo set might be perfect.  Look like a librarian - perform like parolees from Catholic school on Spring Break...

Irons are incredible.  Went with X5 4 iron X7 5-PW.  SUPER LONG about a full club and a half over my other irons.

How has the gapping worked out for you guys on the PW, 9, and 8 irons since they are 5 degrees apart? I know the mizuno MMCs are the same way. I know 1 degree is only a few yards, but wondered if anyone noticed a bigger gap in yardages or not.

Thinking of making my order 4-5 ZX5, 6-8 and AW ZX7 and 9-PW in Z Forged.  The reasoning behind the ZX7 AW is to get the V sole rather than that of the RTX Zipcore wedge since it is mostly a full swing club.

And are they ZX7 avail or are clubs still taking forever?   DD said 2-3 weeks but that is what they told me for the MP20 and I cancelled them after 2 months!

I will most likely will be. Most likely 5-GW. Hopefully the heads are in for the fitting cart as I would like to try the zx7 with the  $taper shaft. My 745 originally had the ctaper lites.

I did it...I jumped from t100s...more forgiving and even more buttery.  Also with a few adjustments I am loving the v...can’t wait to get this out on a course

I will be, most likely to the ZX-5 for a little added forgiveness. From everything I know these are the best Srixon irons since the 45 series.

Anyone thinking of going ZX Utility + ZX7? Considering 3-4 in ZX utility and then 5-P in ZX7.

I have a zu85 3 and thinking about getting a 2 or 4 in the zx.  Heard it’s a bit less forgiving but the profile is much better vs how thick the sole and back of the zu85 is...although the 4 zx7 is easier to hit than the t100s and seem to launch pretty easy. 
 

probably will change out my sim hybrid 19 for another utility...just can’t hit it straight enough

I'm strongly considering it! But would probably go full ZX5. I don't necessarily mind the bigger short irons, i played a G15/I15 combo set once and eventually just bought the G15 short irons too

 

I've played the 410's now for 2 years. I just kind of have that itch again

The ZX7 is a very forgiving club and although I have not hit the T100s, I have extensive time with the AP2s. It is a good bit more forgiving and very comparable to my i210s.

Took the new sticks to the range yesterday on a balmy 40* Michigan afternoon, and despite the temps and range rocks, these felt so sweet. Can’t wait to get them out in warmer temps and better balls.
 

The 120 modus feels WAY different than the 105 to me, I feel like I have to be very deliberate with my tempo in order to get the most of it; if I got quick at all, the results were diminished. Will have to see how it goes, otherwise will throw some recoil protos in. 

 

I cannot stop staring at the irons. I think Srixon absolutely nailed this release and I hope it does very, very well for them.

I think the profile of the 105 was a little more forgiving of my quick transition ? It’s something I’m working on, however.

Does anyone know if the Modus 125 and 130's are actually an upcharge shaft , or just an "exotic" shaft that might require extra lead times?

 

It seems that some shafts are listed as "exotic" but don't necessarily cost more, they just aren't as readily stocked and available. 

 

Considering there's 2 feet of snow here. I can wait

When I was hitting these indoors yesterday I did not notice any more or less forgiveness in the ZX5. The launch was 1-2* more than the ZX7 and the apex was 4-8 feet higher so I went with 4/5 in ZX5 and 6-PW in the ZX7. I am coming from the Apex Pro's. Topline is a little thicker on the Srixon's and the blade length appears longer. Thinking this could be from the more squared off toe/topline compared to the Apex Pro's. My fitter had it on speaker phone when he ordered. The Srixon rep said she is quoted 7-14 days but they have been shipping out sooner than that for what it is worth. I will let everyone know when I receive.

A quick question for anyone, Is the sole width of the Ping I200/I210 closer to the ZX5 or ZX7?    T200 or P770 compared to ZX5/7 would work also.  If I go Srixon, I will have to order these blind as there are no shops close by to check them out.

Does anyone have a set of Mizuno MP-18s or older and could compare the length for me? I would like the Srixons to be the same length as my MP-18s, but I’m not sure how short I should order them.

Does the gap wedge have the loft and bounce written on the side as well? That is really cool and something I've never noticed before on others (but have never gamed Srixon, maybe it is just a thing they do).
