While I do not doubt that she was rightfully frightened when the ball hit her windshield, her actions after-the-fact were unreasonably dangerous, illogical, and ultimately put her more at risk of being injured than the initial incident itself. And, as mentioned above, if the golfer and club weren't legally liable (as I suspect is the case), their actions, while not the best from a PR perspective, were not legally improper.

 

came here to say this. the hypocrisy is mind boggling. her driving put lives at risk.

ok, so she managed to safely remove her daughter from the car but couldn't find a way to safely exit the vehicle herself? something doesn't add up here. either she's exaggerating the actual danger or had her husband remove the baby while she remained in the car. assuming the latter was the case, her husband should have vacuumed or removed the glass she was worried about. and she absolutely should not have continued to drive a car in that condition. what a weirdo!
