Alright my WRX friends, I’ve finally made the decision to lock in my bag and commit to this setup for the rest of the 2021 season! I’m doing this for the betterment of my game, and for my own mental health since I’ve come to realize that I’m absolutely addicted to buying clubs, Lol!

 

Since my last WITB, I’ve bought and sold an additional 10 clubs which brings my totals for the last 14 months to 70 clubs owned 55 clubs sold, and 9 bags bought/sold/returned. 

Sometime between now and the end of the season, I’ll do a Driver fitting to make sure I’m fully dialed in for the Driver spot, but I’ll keep working with this set up until the snow starts falling and focus on my game rather than changing clubs.

Haven't been able to update the bag or golf much as we had our first child in February so slowly starting to get back into playing now. The bag has changed and since diapers are expensive I wont be changing it any time soon. For the rest of the season the bag will be as follows:

Just played them this morning for the first time. The reduced offset from the 2019 T100’s was really noticeable and required adjusting. I loved how they interacted with the turf. The flight is very similar but I started out hitting baby fades vs my normal slight draw. I hit them all and am extremely happy. How they made them manage to perform better while also looking better is a double win. For me they were more playable and the reduced offset reminded me of my old 690.MB’s. Can’t wait to get back out there tomorrow and hit my 13.5 TSi2 that arrived today.  As an added bonus my wife had her best round ever with her new 710 AP1’s we picked up in mint condition. She was coming from Original Gold DCI’s and she came out firing.

Driver- TaylorMade OG Sim Tour Issue 10.5 set std with Oban HB 65 stiff shaft- custom fitted shaft at CC.  Been gaming the shaft in a variety of heads, can’t get away from it.

 

3 wood- Titleist TS3 15 B1 setting Graphite Design DI7 just because!  Rocket off the tee and FW.  
 

5 wood- Titleist TS3 18 deg A1 with VA Composites Slay 4 75.  Fitted at CC 

 

hybrid- Titleist 816 19 deg with Fuji Atmos TS Blue.  I move this shaft around in a few Titleist heads.  Best stock shaft offering ever.  Also have a DI8hy shaft when I remove the 5 iron for another hybrid

 

5- Miura PI-401 loft bent weak 2 deg Steelfiber 95i stiff soft stepped once.  Miuras most forgiving iron.  

 

6-7 Miura CB301 loft one deg weak Steelfiber 95i stiff soft stepped once.  One of Miuras finest offerings, strong lofted for distance and great feel.
