Can't comment on the 125's but play the Modus 3 Tour 105 and absolutely love them. Have a wedge with the Modus Tour 115 and it plays substantially stiffer.

I have the Vokey SM8 in a 56 sand wedge but have gone back to the SM7's as they feel softer. Try the SM7's as they are heavily discounted versus the new SM8's and I think a better wedge.

Love the Modus 125 wedge shafts I have in my SM7s.

Just remember 125 wedge shafts weigh 133g, 115 wedge shafts weigh 122g, `105 wedge shafts weigh 111g

You may have the Tour125 iron shaft then if it has a Stiff flex designation. I prefer those over the wedge anyways but the iron one may have a touch less spin and lower flight. 125 Wedge shaft to me was like an S200, lighter and crisp. On full shots it went a bit higher than i wanted and spun a lot. Not something I need personally, but I can check a ball on concrete if I need to. YMMV
