Mizuno CLK loft sleeve chart & graphics

The Mizuno CLK hybrid adjustment chart has floated around here and there (shown below) and gets brought up in discussion once and a while. These hybrids are fantastic and are the only two adjustable Mizuno clubs I have in my bag at the moment (the 3H & 4H). Since the Mizuno loft sleeve chart is printed just for their driver, I had a few minutes and decided to edit it and create two for my hybrids which are a bit easier to read than the generic one. As shown, the sleeve only has eight positions, which are labeled by what is in parentheses next to each loft setting.

I play both of mine in position 8, which is -1° loft, 0.75° upright, with the face open 1.25°, for example. For anyone that has the CLK's in their bag, figured these would come in handy. If you have a #2 or #5, the specs at the very bottom can be easily interpolated in to my charts since I wasn't motivated to edit all four. Enjoy!

I'm a little bit confused. I would've thought adding a degree would open up the face not close it

There are lots of loft sleeve diagrams from most manufacturers floating around on the web. The concept is the same for all of them: add loft, close the face or subtract loft, open the face. Nothing new really.

Your graphic isn't right. The clk lofted down or up one notch is +/- 1.25 degrees.

They are right from Mizuno, based on the chart above them, which is also from Mizuno.
