Fitting heads do look like doodoo. I was lucky enough to see the actual retail heads. I'll have to check the UDI. If the hosel transition is terrible I'll pass. The DHY is just a bit big to my eye from pics. I'll have to check it in person as well.

Just looked at the timeline for the setup I ordered right now and the ship date is 10/26 for new orders! Crazy.

Not sure what you ordered, but I heard the P770 are now backordered until late October/early November. TM is selling a bunch of them.

4-AW with PX LZ. @OspreyCI I came from the 790’s and I think you could game these coming from the 0211.

I am trying my best to hold off ordering the p770’s until I can see the jpx line and possibly Pings 2021 line up. I still fight the urge to purchase another set of iblades so I’m thinking I should jaunt wait till next year as our season is coming to an end quickly.

I pre ordered these on the night they became available and just got an email from my provider saying they have been delayed until December. I’m a UK buyer btw.This is madness! I hope you guys don’t suffer the same wrath as me

The email said TM have  just informed them they have completely sold out, my ship date on my order still says September so I’m guessing I got an early heads up. Now I don’t know what to do, tempted by a 790/Mb combo now as I can’t wait until Xmas

Anybody got some #s of the 770s against the HMBs?  Understood results will very but was curious if that comparison was done yet with some feedback.

I just called TM about my order and they confirmed that all mine will be delivered by 9/3. Order was placed by Golf Mart on Monday. 
sad thing is I might get these before the G410 4H I ordered 6/28. Might cancel that order and get a sim dhy instead

Yep, just had this from my Pro and I was one of the first to order with the Rep before the pre-order even went live. My Pro is a TaylorMade Ambassador so I jumped in with his order and still got that email today. Frustrating

That's the same thought I had before I hit them. I couldn't tell much difference between 770 and 790, otherwise I would've gone with the latter.

I spoke with TM yesterday and they said they charge when they ship. I like that they have a Military discount.

Well, darn. I didn't even think to see if they have a military discount. Not that it would have mattered much, as I ordered mine right after they came online and nobody at TaylorMade would have been around to help me with a discount.

 

Where did you go to get the discount? Since they haven't charged me yet, I wonder if I can sneak in the discount.

Nevermind. I was able to figure it out (ID.Me), but it doesn't matter. It does not appear the discount applies to the new clubs. It shows me a discount on drivers and such and older irons, but when I configured the the new clubs, it did not show a discount.

During checkout you log in with IDMe. That gets you the 15% military discount.

No, it applies to the new P irons. 4-AW is $1292ish with tax. Just checked and it shows a ship date of 10/26. My 50th bday is 10/28 and these may be a gift to myself from the wife.

Would love to hear someone compare these next to the T-100 or T-100S.  Maybe they aren’t apples to apples due to the hollow body of the TM, but was wondering more feel-wise what feels better.

Odd. I wonder if it is only on full sets (4-AW). I priced out a set just now of 4-PW and it was $1224, which is what my already placed order shows.

But when I'm done building them, I see this (this isn't the exact club I built [my specs are different, but I don't think that should matter]): .

 

The $1224 is $175/club, which is the "standard" rate.
