I got the set. Comes in a nice box like the unboxing on YouTube. Should have them within 2 weeks. Im most excited about the head/ shaft combo. I loved the MG2 wedges but didnt like the stock shaft. In the T20 I play obvisouly have the S400 so hoping this will be best of both worlds!!!

I'm irrationally considering these, even though I don't play a 56 or a 60. Just feels like I need them to go alongside my P7TW.

I’m with you... but my hi toes are pretty new so I’ll try to hold off a year or so for these.

I don’t play P•7TWs, I have a nearly new MG2 56*, and I’m very happy with my 60* HiToe.

I got the set too.  I am hearing these should start shipping around 9/4, can’t wait?

I picked up the 56/60 because I'm pretty curious about the soles.  That said, I also just received my Vokey T grind and I want to buy 6 more so I never run out.

It's pretty amazing.  I'd imagine the MG2 TW stuff is like this as well, but the grooves are CRAZY!  I haven't replaced my Miura wedges for a couple years, and was shocked at the bite I can get chipping.  It's absolutely nuts! 

 

The grind is fantastic as well, and the bounce isn't nearly as intimidating as I thought.  We'll see how it plays this winter at Harding when it's beyond squishy (maybe I can use this as the reason for the TW grinds?), but for now, it's amazing.

So does the 60 really play like the high bounce notes? I always use a high bounce 60, but think this grind would help on the tight AZ fairways.

Tried to custom fit the 60 on two UK sites as need flat and S400 too stiff. No options. Very poor TM.

My wedges arrived today and I posted this in the equipment section but thought it fits here too- 

 

I was so pumped when my pro told me that my new TW Grind wedges arrived today, both the 56 and 60, and much earlier than expected.  
 

That was the good news.  We took them out on the box and the first thing I notice is a stock DG S300 label.  Umm...the Tour Issue S400 is the standard shaft!  Also, mine had some sort of a stock TM grey non-cord grip, when the Tour Velvet Cord is stock.  
 

We ordered these bone stock.  Obviously we are sending them back, but I cannot believe these would even ship this way!  The upcharge for the shaft and grip is basically built into the price, and there certainly was no price reduction on mine.  Absolutely baffling.

Did you order the one with the box? Customizable TW wedge have different default options than the ones in the special box. I thought they were the same, so I ordered them without the box, and I realized their lie angles and weight on 60° is different. Also the default grip is TM full velvet cord vs GP full velvet cord from the box. 

I'm gonna try to contact them tomorrow and see if I can match the lie angles to TW spec from the ones in the box and change the grips to GP.

That is one of the reasons why I ordered the box set.

He sent the order into our rep, and all he asked for was “stock shaft and grip”, so my guess is the rep had no idea the TI shaft was stock.
