Is the T100 and the 718 AP2 basically the same iron head? They look that way to me. I have been looking at Ping Iblade, Apex pros, Mizuno 919 but these Titleist irons look really nice.

I think the T100 is evolution of the 718 AP2 and the 718 CB - multi-material high-Moi players head, low progressive offset, ground leading edge to enhance turf interaction.

The T100 also feels better than their predecessor.

I just got back from Second Swing Golf. I compared them side by side and very similar with the slight differences you mention. I like the look of the T100 better but I don't think I don't think i would have noticed the top line being thicker if i didnt put them head to head. I'd game the AP2. They had to have 10 plus sets of the 718 AP2 with white tour DG s300.l but still wanted way too much for them. PXG sure raised the price of all golf clubs and most people never even noticed that!

Miura TC-201 and Mizuno MP-64.

Haven't played every iron out there (including the much revered CB57) but I have gamed briefly the CB1008 and some others in a similar category. They are the cream of the crop for me, and also unicorns you don't often see.

TC-201 indeed had big shoes to fill following the CB1008. They are only slightly larger by a fraction of a mm and maybe 1 degree stronger loft if memory serves me. Due to the immense cost of these irons it's not a surprise to me that there are limited reviews if you scour the web, but from anecdotal experience - the TC-201 has improved turf interaction and slightly higher smash factor and distance in the long irons. Feel is uniquely Miura. But the balance they strike between tradition and tasteful technology is a sweet spot for me. They feel nearly identical to the CB1008 in terms of softness, but then again I used the same Nippon Modus 120 stiff on both.

 

The MP-64 just checks all of my boxes, and are getting harder to find a good set. They just melt the ball on pure strikes and are reasonably forgiving on mis-hits.

Good option if your in need of a little extra distance. Hit them in a recent fitting and they definitely go a long way! Plenty of pop off the face.

I would totally agree. Not sure how "blade" like they are in that regard though. I owned them all of last year. Fun clubs. Some irons in the set (I'm looking at you 7 iron) are a little funky looking. The cup face in the long irons adds a really unique sound, that I really enjoyed after getting used to it.

Are you gaming a set too? If so.....odd question for you. Have you noticed that you need to make your lie angles more upright with these clubs?

omgosh... tell me you play mizuno but arent aware that the mmc both 18 or 20 are the smallest most and i mean most forgiving cbs there are in the world... i have the 20 mmc. Wow is all i have to say.
